Objective:Based on the analysis of the incidence and influencing factors of primary and secondary school students' injury in Jilin Province from 2016 to 2017,the influencing factors of primary and secondary school students' injury in Jilin Province are determined, and the scientific basis is provided for the formulation of corresponding prevention and control measures and strategies. Methods:Using multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method,1648 primary and secondary school students were selected from 6 monitoring sites in Jilin Province from 2016 to 2017 for questionnaire survey, physical measurement and laboratory test. The data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software. The counting data were expressed by the rate or composition ratio. The comparison between groups was performed by c2 test, and the multi-factor analysis was performed by binary Logistic regression analysis.Results:1.A total of 1648 primary and secondary school students were surveyed,of whom 107 were injured in the past year.It is unclear whether the number of injuries occurred in 35,with an injury rate of 6.63%.A total of 199 injuries occurred in the past year, with a maximum of 13 injuries in a single person, with a cumulative incidence of 12.34%.Fall accounted for 59.81% of all injuries, which was the most important type of injury.92.52% of those who suffered injuries had recovered, while the rest were still under treatment, and the others were not disabled as a result of injury. There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of injury among girls at all ages(p=0.0063).2.There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of injuries among the subjects investigated from the different main caregivers, family population, parents going out to work, drinking, frequency of exposure to secondhand smoke, sleep, visual acuity, frequency of moderate and high intensity activities, housework, frequency of physical exercise in school, frequency of physical exercise outside school, frequency of cycling to and from school, weight control, asthma, iodine intake, family history of chronic diseases, mother's age, mother's educational level, mothers' occupation(p<0.05).3.There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence of falls among the subjects surveyed from the different main caregivers, sleep, visual acuity, frequency of moderate and high intensity activities, housework, weight control, iodine intake, history of diabetes mellitus, mother's education, mother's age, mothers' occupation(p<0.05).4.The incidence of injuries showed a linear trend with the change of age,second-hand smoke contact frequency, sleep status, moderate and high intensity activity frequency,in-school physical exercise frequency,out-of-school physical exercise frequency, cycling up and down to school frequency, mother's educational level(p<0.05).5.Mothers work in institutions, organizations and enterprises(OR=6.777,p=0.018),often feel ill-rested after getting up(OR=2.850,p=0.001),don't know if have visual impairment(OR=2.479,p=0.009),asthma(OR=3.011,p=0.013),weekly housework(OR=2.093,p=0.001),weight control and diet control while exercising(OR=2.458,p=0.010),grandparents have a history of diabetes(OR=2.181,p=0.003),these are the risk factors of injuries among primary and middle school students in Jilin Province.Mother's level of education is secondary or technical secondary school or technical school(OR=0.531,p=0.009)as a protective factor.6.Taking the unharmed primary and secondary school students as a reference, the mother is 36 to 45 years old(OR=12.412,p=0.015),mainly caring for grandparents(OR=2.910,p=0.018),mainly caring for other relatives or nannies(OR=15.278,p<0.001),exercising while controlling diet(OR=3.320,p=0.021),controlling weight through drugs(OR=7.563,p=0.015),parents having a history of hypertension(OR=5.416,p=0.001),have visual impairment(OR=2.853,p=0.009),these are the risk factors for multiple injuries among primary and secondary school students.Living in the countryside(OR=0.308,p=0.010)is a protective factor.7.Taking the primary and secondary school students who suffered a single injury as a reference, visual impairment(OR=36.013,p<0.001),female(OR=3.559,p=0.045),6 to 7 days a week in high-intensity exercise(OR=17.767,p=0.012),growth retardation(OR=54.180,p=0.024),parents with a history of hypertension(OR=20.626,p=0.008),the above factors are the risk factors of multiple injuries in primary and secondary school students.Living in rural areas(OR=0.158,p=0.011)and 1 to 3 days a week in high-intensity exercise(OR=0.107,p=0.023)are protective factors.8.Occasional bad rest(OR=2.120,p=0.017),often bad rest(OR=3.007,p=0.004),mainly care for other relatives or babysitters(OR=5.155,p=0.007),exercise while controlling diet(OR=2.940,p=0.009),grandparents have a history of diabetes(OR=2.694,p=0.001),the above factors are the risk factors of falls in primary and secondary school students. The mother's education level is middle school(OR=0.376,p=0.001),the mother's education level is tertiary school and above(OR=0.329,p=0.022)are the protective factors of the fall of primary and middle school students in Jilin Province.Conclusion:1.The incidence of injuries among primary and secondary school students in Jilin Province from 2016 to 2017 was 6.63%,which was lower than that in the whole country. The multiple injuries of primary and middle school students in Jilin Province are more serious and should be paid more attention to.2.The risk factors of injury of primary and secondary school students in Jilin Province are mother's occupation, sleep, visual acuity, asthma, whether to do housework, weight control, history of diabetes mellitus of grandparents.3.Sex,history of hypertension of parents, main care, growth retardation, frequency of moderate and high intensity activities are risk factors of multiple injuries among primary and middle school students in Jilin Province.4.Sleep,mainly caring for people, weight control, history of diabetes mellitus of grandparents or grandparents are risk factors of falling down among primary and secondary school students in Jilin Province.
