ensive use of literature reading,Questionnaires and other methods were usedto study the influencing factors and evaluation system of online medical com munity information service quality. Finally, the online medical community influ encing factors model was constructed, and the online medical community info rmation service quality evaluation index system was established, and the inde x weights were calculated. The influencing factors model includes information content quality, doctor resources and process services, basic services and inter face design, user characteristics, and system operation. There are 25 secondar y influencing factors. The evaluation index system includes system operation a nd interaction.Voice service, interface design, retrieval and navigation services,Intrinsic characteristics of community information, featured services, doctor q uality, external characteristics of community information eight first-level evaluat ion indicators,a total of 41 secondary evaluation indicators;then use the abo ve research results to select the appropriate The online medical community c onducts analysis, and proposes corresponding optimization suggestions based o n the analysis results and research results. Finally, the conclusions of the full text are summarized and prospected. The specific research process is as follo ws:The first chapter introduces the research background and research significa nce of this paper, summarizes and combs the research content of online med ical community and information service quality, and also describes the researc h content, research methods and research innovations. The second chapter mainly expounds the relevant knowledge of online m edical community, and briefly explains the user perception theory and princip al component analysis method, thus laying a theoretical foundation for resear ch.The third chapter is based on the user perception theory, draws on th e research results in related fields, and extracts the influencing factors of the online medical community information service quality based on the character istics of the online medical community. The questionnaire is used for pre-inve stigation, and the formal influencing factors are established according to the f eedback adjustment factors. The official questionnaire was collected and analyzed, and the online medical community information service quality impact fact or model including five first-level impact indicators was finally established. The fourth chapter is based on the user perception theory, using the c haracteristics of expert interviews and online medical communities to select o nline medical community information service quality evaluation indicators, and then conduct pre-study,adjust the evaluation indicators according to the res earch feedback and explain them, and then issue formal questionnaires.Data collection and analysis data were collected.Based on the analysis results,an online medical community information service quality evaluation model includi ng eight first-level evaluation indicators was established. Finally, principal comp onent analysis was used to calculate index weights. The fifth chapter mainly combines the above research results to select the appropriate online medical community for analysis, and proposes optimiz ation suggestions for the online medical community based on the analysis res ults and research results. The
