Objective:To investigate the perioperative clinical characteristics of adenoidectomy of tonsils in children, and to provide valuable clinical data for improving the safety of surgery and reducing complications.Method:Children with obstructive sleep apnea due to adenoid and/or tonsil hypertrophy were selected from January 2014 to October 2018,and to collect their Age/gender/Degree of tonsil and adenoid enlargement/the operation time/Intraoperative bleeding/ hospitalization days/with or not other diseases/operation method/ postoperative bleeding/ whether fever/ whether again hospitalized,to observe their clinical characteristics, and analyze those datas collected,to compare their differences.Result:Statistical analysis of operation in different seasons with fever, its P< 0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Statistical analysis gender/Degree of tonsil and adenoid enlargement/ with or not other diseases/the operation time / operation method with fever, its P >0.05,There is no statistical significance of the difference. The method of operation was statistically analyzed with the amount of bleeding and the number of days of hospitalization after operation,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Comparedwith the cases where surgery began before 10:00 and the cases where surgery began from 10:00 to 12:00,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was P< 0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusions:1.In children undergoing tonsillectomy in spring, the probability of fever is higher than in other seasons.2.The use of plasma adenoidectomy can reduce surgical bleeding and shorten the hospital days after surgery compared to the use of a cutter adenoidectomy.3.The surgery starting before 10 o'clock in the morning is less intraoperative bleeding compared to surgery starting from 10 o'clock to 12 o'clock.
