Clinical Observation Of Surgical Treatment And Drug Treatment Of Adenoid Hypertrophy In Children

Purpose:This research adopts the clinical curative effect of adenoid hypertrophy symptoms randomized study of surgery and drug therapy with breathing related sleep disorders,on the one hand,hope to provide reference for clinical treatment of adenoid hypertrophy standardized,on the other hand through the prospective study of drug therapy has feasibility with adenoid hypertrophy symptoms,has for the clinical conservative treatment of adenoid hypertrophy and provide clinical evidence.Method:The experiment object is selected from the outpatients of our hospital in December 2016 at the end of clinically diagnosed with respiratory illness related sleep disorders,height of adenoid hypertrophy in children 59 cases since the beginning of the January 2016 to(all of the disease history of >12 weeks).According to randomly divided into three experimental groups,including A group(operation group underwent pneumatic anesthesia after nasal endoscopic adenoidectomy)19 cases,group B: combined treatment group(oral montelukast + nasal Momison furoate nasal spray)20 cases,C the single drug group(single group montelukast)in 20 cases,the treatment time was 3 months,respiratory symptoms related sleep disorders Questionnaire total score were compared between the three groups of subjects before and after treatment(according to the modified Bitar score [1]),electronic nasopharyngoscope under the adenoid volume improvement rate,the count data the chi square test,measurement data to mean ± standard deviation said,t test,chi square test,p<0.05 difference was statistically significant.Result: The three groups before treatment,breathing related sleep disorder symptoms total score difference was statistically significant(F=0.511,P>0.05),accepted after 3 months of treatment,the three groups had statistical significance of breathing related sleep disorder symptoms total score difference(F=21.829,P<0.05),Compared with B group and C group,the scores of A group before and after treatment were statistically significant(?2=10.810,29.476,P<0.017),and the improvement rate of adenoid volume in A group was better than that in group B and group C.B group and C group before and after treatment,the total score difference was statistically significant(?2=6.465,P<0.017),adenoid volume improvement rate in group B was better than C group.Conclusion:Surgical treatment and drug treatment associated with respiratory related symptoms of sleep disorders in the middle,high adenoid hypertrophy,can alleviate the clinical symptoms of sick children,eliminate bad signs.The efficacy of surgical treatment was the most significant,and the combination therapy was better than the single drug treatment.In order to prevent the early surgical intervention in the treatment of children with the disease,giving priority to the combination of conservative treatment for 3 months,if there is no improvement in symptoms or symptoms,it is recommended to receive surgical treatment as soon as possible.
