Background:with psychological status daily habits and the external environment and so on the various factors affecting the change,the world's current number of cancer patients is obviously rising trend,the morbidity and mortality increased year by year,at present,cancer has become a big problem facing the global medical community,as well as clinical and research scholars to conquer the difficulty and emphasis of mainly adopts the surgical treatment of clinical cancer chemotherapy radiation therapy targeted therapy as a main treatment method and biological treatment of chemotherapyAlthough radiotherapy methods such as clinical application results shows clear cancer treatment effect,but this treatment,long-term use can increase the resistance and systemic side effects,and chemotherapy cycle is long,high cost,greatly increased in recent years,the burden of the patient's life,has the natural plant ingredient as antitumor drugs has become a global cancer treatment in recent years with China's traditional Chinese medicine application scope of hotspots in the field of study,the clinical curative effect and application value of wide recognition,related mechanism of anti-tumor drugs in research helps opens a new route for the future clinical cancer treatmentStudies at home and abroad have shown that compared with the clinical application of western medicine chemotherapy drugs,the toxic and side effects of traditional Chinese medicine are relatively low,which is more conducive to improving the long-term quality of life and quality of life of tumor patients.Therefore,traditional Chinese medicine has broad prospects for development and room for further research.Morinda officinalis is the dry root of rubiaceae plant Morinda officinalis.Kidney and liver meridian;It has the effect of tonifying kidney Yang,strengthening muscles and bones,removing wind and dampness.Used for impotence,spermatorrhea,infertility,menstrual disorders,less abdominal cold pain,rheumatism pain bi,such as flaccid and soft syndrome.Osteosarcoma is the most common type of bone tumor and the most common primary malignancy in children and adolescents.As the most common primary bone malignancy among adolescents worldwide,these patients tend to have poor prognosis due to their clinical metastasis and resistance to chemotherapy.Large area tumor resection combined with neoadjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy can significantly improve the survival rate of osteosarcoma patients,but the 5-year survival rate is still relatively low.Selective targeted therapy is of great significance for the improvement of clinical treatment of osteosarcoma.EGFR and her-2 have been proved to be therapeutic targets for lung cancer,breast cancer,gastric cancer and other cancers,and their research results have been widely recognized and applied in clinical treatment.Studies have shown that EGFR and her-2 are highly expressed in a variety of tumors or gene amplification has been proved to have an inhibitory effect on apoptosis of tumor cell lines,and is closely related to the prognosis of some cancer patients.In this study,the expression of EGFR and her-2 in osteosarcoma was analyzed and detected,so as to clarify the role of EGFR and her-2 in osteosarcoma and its relationship with clinical and pathological characteristics,and to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of osteosarcoma.Currently,studies suggest that morberd may promote apoptosis of osteosarcoma cells by blocking the signaling pathway of EGFR and her-2 expression.Therefore,this study intends to verify the relevant effect of morberd by intervening osteosarcoma cells in vitro.Research purposes:this study intends to develop bone sarcoma cells by in vitro,the ba ji tianshui extract intervention,to observe clearly the halberd tianshui extract on osteosarcoma cells,EGFR and the impact of its ehrs-2 protein expression,clarify its mechanism of action,for medicinal indianmulberry root in osteosarcoma follow-up study provides theoretical basis and clinical therapy for osteosarcoma future and a good foundation for medicinal indianmulberry root of drug development.Research objective:this study intends to develop bone sarcoma cells by in vitro,the ba ji tianshui extract intervention,to observe clearly the halberd tianshui center of Beijing university of Chinese medicine hospital east experiment biology laboratory complete selection of bone sarcoma cell MG-63 cell culture,extend the finished,respectively to the cells of the study chooses including ba ji tianshui carry liquid culture medium and culture medium containing cisplatin solution cell intervention,the extracellular EGFR and its ehrs-2 protein expression levels to observe the changes of records.Results:morinda officinalis extract had significant inhibitory effect on EGFR and her-2 protein expression in cultured osteosarcoma cells,and had certain anti-osteosarcoma effect.Research conclusions:EGFR much of its ehrs-2 in osteosarcoma,ba ji tianshui extract have resistance of osteosarcoma treatment,the treatment mechanism may be through inhibiting EGFR osteosarcoma cells and its ehrs-2 protein expression of the results of this study was to medicinal indianmulberry root in osteosarcoma treatment follow-up study provide a good theoretical basis and data support for future clinical treatment osteosarcoma can open a new field,and targets at the same time for medicinal indianmulberry root future drug development and research direction,and further confirm the medicinal indianmulberry root have wide development potential and research value.
