Clinical Observation On Prevention Of Readhesion By Using Hormone Combined With Aspirin And Kangfu Anti-inflammatory Suppository After Transcervical Resection Of Adhesions

Objective:By comparing the clinical effects of hormone combined with aspirin and Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository and hormone alone in preventing post-operative re-adhesion after moderate uterine adhesions separation,we explored effective methods to prevent post-operative re-adhesion after Transcervical Resection of Adhesion,and provided reference for clinical treatment.Methods:Patients with moderate intrauterine adhesions hospitalized in our hospital from September 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group: Sequential therapy of estrogen and progesterone was used to prevent IUA recurrence after TCRA;the observation group: on the basis of control group,aspirin and Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository were added to prevent IUA recurrence.The menstrual improvement,intrauterine adhesions and pregnancy were observed at 1,3,6 months and 1 year after operation in the two groups,and recorded,collated and analyzed.Finally,the conclusion was drawn.Result:There was no significant difference in age,course of disease,operation time and intraoperative bleeding between the observation group and the control group(P >0.05).The menstrual improvement rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group in the first,third,sixth and one year after operation,and the rate of intrauterine re-adhesion in the third and sixth months was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in pregnancy(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Hormone combined with aspirin and Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository can more effectively prevent the recurrence of moderate intrauterine adhesions and improve menstruation,but there is no significant improvement in the pregnancy rate after operation.
