Clinical Observation Of Jixin Pill In The Treatment Of Chronic Systolic Heart Failure

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jixin pill in treating chronic systolic heart failure(Qi deficiency,blood stasis and water retention syndrome).Method:According to the doll's method,60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group:both two groups were treated with the routine treatment(Diuretics,ACEI,ARB,beta blockers,cardiac glycosides)for 4weeks,meanwhile treatment group was treated with the Jixin pill.The curative effect and safety of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.The therapeutic indexes included TCM syndrome score,NYHA,LVEF and 6-minute walking test.The safety indexes included blood routine,urine routine,liver function(ALT,AST),renal function(Cr,BUN),blood pressure and heart rate.Data results were analyzed by SPSS23.0 software.Results:1.Efficiency comparison of TCM syndrome integral: The total effective rate of treatment group was83.3%,higher than that of control group(60.0%).The difference was statistically significant.2.Comparisons of TCM syndromes scores: After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased,and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance..3.Comparison of the clinical efficacy of Western medicine: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.7%,and that of the control group was 60.0%.Both groups improved the cardiac function classification.The treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(p > 0.05).4.Compared with the control group,the LEVF values of the two groups were improved before and after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p > 0.05).5.6-minute walking test distance comparison: The 6MWT distance increased after treatment in both groups.,the treatment group is better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(p > 0.05).6.Safety comparison: There was no significant difference in heart rate,bloodpressure,blood routine,urine routine and liver and kidney function between the two groups before and after treatment(p > 0.05),and no adverse reactions occurred during the treatment,which had good safety.Conclusions:Jixin pill can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with systolic heart failure,improve the cardiac function classification(NYHA)and cardiac ultrasound systolic function index,improve the quality of life and exercise tolerance,reduce the dosage of Western medicine and its side effects,and has no effect on routine blood and urine,liver and kidney function,and has good safety and effectiveness.
