| Objective :The purpose of this study was to observe the effect of Xinlijian pill in the treatment deficiency of heart qi and blood stasis syndrome 0f Chronic Heart Failure with Xinlijian pill combined Western medicine to explore and analyze its mechanism from the aspects of theory in order to provide new traditional Chinese medicine preparation for chronic heart failure,thus it can facilitate and widen the practical application.Methods:Selecting 60 cases with deficiency of heart qi and blood stasis syndrome Of Chronic Heart Failure patiens in2015 December.-2016 December.aged 50-75,NYHA II-III,in Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Huangpi district in Hubei Province.these patients ware all from cardiovascular department randomly be divided into the control group and the treatment group with 30 cases in each.two groups both using routine western medicine while the treatment group was added the Xinlijian pill 3/day,15 piecese of pill/time at the same time.Xinlijian pill is our hospital preparation.the two groups were treated for 3 months,such indexes of two groups before and after treatment were recorded respectively in TCM symptom score?heart failure Lee's score?the level of NT-pro BNP?LVEF?NYHA classification grading of cardiac function and blood biochemical index.Results:Through statistical analysis,the clinical curative effect was nicer.The TCM symptom score and heart failure Lee's score after three months treatment decreased significantly(P<0.05)and the treatment group decreased obviously(P<0.05);After the treatment two groups' s level of NYHA classification grading of cardiac function both improved significantly than before(P<0.05),the treatment group improved obviously(P<0.05).The change in the level of NTpro-BNP was significant between the control group and treatment group after three months treatment(P<0.01)and the treatment group's level decreased obviously(P<0.05).Two groups of LVEF after treatment were improved significantly(P<0.01)and the treatment group is more supirior than the control group(P<0.05);These 60 patients were successfully completed the experiment,there were no cases of serious adverse reactions and the blood biochemical indexes were in normal reference range.Conclusion:Xinlijian pill combined with western medicine in the treatment of deficiency of heart qi and blood stasis syndrome in Chronic Heart Failure can reduce the heart failure Lee's score and TCM syndrome score,improve the symptom of Chronic heart failure patients,decrease the level of NTpro-BNP for improve Sodium retention and effectively rise LVEF,improve NYHA classification grading of cardiac function and there was no effect on blood biochemical indexes.Thus we can say it is a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine preparation for the treatment of heart failure. |
