Objective:This study is to observe the clinical effect, safety and recurrence rate of the five different treatments of curing psoriasis vulgaris patients of blood-heat type, which are used during my tutor's clinical work. Patients of the five treatment groups are given Fu Fang Qing Dai Wan, Fu Fang Qing Dai Wan combined with Transfer Factor Capsules, Qing Re Li Shi Yin, Qing Re Liang Xue Yin and Syndrome differentiation treatment. Through this study, we hope we can find and choose a best therapeutic schedule of curing psoriasis vulgaris patients of blood-heat type which has confirm curative effect, little side-effect and low recurrence rate. And thereby we can offer theoretical evidence for normalization treatment of psoriasis vulgaris of blood-heat type. Methods:The 286 psoriasis vulgaris patients of blood-heat type are put into five groups at random. GroupⅠⅡⅢⅣare treated Fu Fang Dai Qing Wan(40 patients), Fu Fang Dai Qing Wan conbined with TF (39 patients), Qing Re Li Shi Yin(74 patients), Qing Re Liang Xue Yin(69 patients)respectively, groupⅤare treated with Syndrome differentiation treatment and the course of treatment is 12 weeks. Observe the improvement in symptoms and drug safety of the 5 groups before and after treatment. Results:The clinical markedly effective rate and the total effective rate of groupⅡⅢⅣⅤare all better than that of groupⅠand statistical comparison showed that there are differences (P<0.05). There is no statistically significant difference in the clinical markedly effective rate and the total effective rate among groupⅡⅢⅣⅤ(P>0.05)Conclusion:The four treatments that are Fu Fang Qing Dai Wan conbined with TF, Qing Re Li Shi Yin, Qing Re Liang Xue Yin and Syndrome differentiation treatment all have a reliable efficacy and have few adverse actions. Generally speaking, the four programs are all good governance program for blood-heat type psoriasis vulgaris.
