Objectives:Through the stochastic comparison research technique,uses standardized the neck pain scale to carry out the curative effect appraisal,Observes the treatment function of Cervieal Spondylosis by Acupuncture with Pricking-cupping bloodletting on Du14,in order to scientifically appraises the real effect of many kinds of acupuncture and moxibustion method for cervieal spondylosis,establishes a set standard,the clinicalcurative effect accurate cervical vertebra sickness acupuncture and moxibustion treatment plan,treats cervieal spondylosis for the acupuncture and moxibustion therapy to provide the powerful scientific evidence.Methods:This research uses the simple stochastic method,has the stochastic data, the stochastic grouping using the PEMS3.1 software package,divides into stochastically the patient the treatment group and the control group,each group of each 30 examples,in 4 weeks altogether complete 8 treatments.The curative effect was evaluated by the Northwick Park neckpain scale and vernon cervical disability index before treatment and after treatment.Uses statistical software SPSS13.0 to collect the data to carry on the statistical analysis.Results:Before two groups treatment the baseline situation to compare the non-significance difference,the baseline characteristic are balanced,two groups have the commeasurability.Evaluated by the Northwick Park neckpain scale and vernon cervical disability index,the grading of the treatment group before and after treatment has statistics significance has statistics significance(P＜0.05),grading treats reduces,indicated two groups treatment have have the affirmative effect for cervieal spondylosis.The treatment course conclusion treats the group and the control group carries on the group to compare,the difference has the significance significance(P＜0.05),explained the treatment group treatment result surpasses the control group.Conclusion:This trial bore out the curative effect of acupuncture with pricking-cupping bloodletting on Dazhui acupoint for cervieal spondylosis. It is safe reliable,its side effect and responded not good the formation rate is very low,but its long-term curative effect needs further to deepen the appraisal.
