Duhuo Jisheng Tang Combined With Musclar Training For The Treatment Of Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney Type Chondromalacia Patellae

Objective:Observing the clinical effects of Duhuo Jisheng Tang or Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules with muscle training in patients who have Deficiency of Liver and Kidney Type Chondromalacia Patellae,then analyze the results from subjective and objective,to provide a new reference for the treatment of Chondromalacia Patellae.Method:The sample size was estimated,90 patients who met the inclusion criteria would be selected,all of whom were diagnosed with Chondromalacia Patellae from December 2016 to October 2018 in the Orthopaedics Clinic of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.All the selected patients were instructed to muscle training,and were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods.The observation group was given Duhuo Jisheng Tang orally,and dialectically added and subtracted according to different symptoms.The control group was given glucosamine hydrochloride capsule orally.The patient's age,gender,disease duration,and diseased knee side were collected,the WOMAC score was used to assess thepain and joint function scores before and after treatment,the thigh circumference diameter was measured before and after treatment.The relevant case data were collected,and analyzed by SPSS20.Result:A total of 82 patients were followed up and no serious adverse reactions occurred.The results were as follows:1.Before the treatment,the patient's age,male-to-male ratio,disease duration,and left-right ratio of diseased knee of the two groups were not statistically significant,and comparable.2.Before the treatment,the patient's pain WOMAC scores,functional WOMAC score,total WOMAC score and thigh circumference diameter of the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant,and comparable.3.In the observation group,the painful WOMAC score,functional WOMAC score,total WOMAC score and thigh circumference diameter obvious difference before and after treatment was statistically significant,indicating that Duhuo Jisheng Tang combined with muscle training can effectively alleviate pain symptoms,improve joint function,and with the increase of treatment time,the effect is better,and can promote the recovery of atrophic muscle,but the effect of promoting atrophic muscle recovery is not obvious in the early stage of treatment.4.In the control group,the painful WOMAC score,functional WOMAC score,total WOMAC score and thigh circumference diameter obvious difference before and after treatment was statistically significant,indicating that glucosamine hydrochloride capsule combined with muscle training can effectively alleviate pain symptoms,improve joint function,and with the increase oftreatment time,the effect is better,and can promote the recovery of atrophic muscle,but the effect of promoting atrophic muscle recovery is not obvious in the early stage of treatment.5.The obvious difference in pain WOMAC score between the two groups after 3 weeks of treatment was statistically significant,but the difference in functional WOMAC score,total WOMAC score and thigh circumference diameter were not statistically significant.After 6 weeks of treatment,the patient's pain WOMAC scores,the functional WOMAC score,total WOMAC score and thigh circumference diameter of the two groups,the difference were not statistically significant,indicating that the two methods for the treatment of Deficiency of Liver and Kidney Type Chondromalacia Patellae have no significant difference in the relief of pain symptoms,improvement of joint function and promotion of atrophic muscle recovery,but Duhuo Jisheng Tang group can relieve the pain symptoms of the patient more quickly.6.There was no statistically significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups after 3 months of treatment,indicating that the two methods have the same clinical effect on the treatment of Deficiency of Liver and Kidney Type Chondromalacia Patellae.7.There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups in the course of treatment,but the gastrointestinal response of the Duhuo Jisheng Tang group was small.8.After 6 weeks of treatment,there was a positive linear relationship between the change rate of functional WOMAC score and the change rate of thigh circumference diameter.Conclusion:Duhuo Jisheng Tang combined with muscle training for the treatment of Deficiency of Liver and Kidney Type Chondromalacia Patellae can significantly alleviate the pain symptoms and improve joint function.With the increase of treatment time,the effect is better,and it can promote the recovery of atrophic muscle,but not obvious in the early stage of treatment.Duhuo Jisheng Tang or Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules with muscle training for the treatment of Deficiency of Liver and Kidney Type Chondromalacia Patellae have no significant difference in the relief of pain symptoms,improvement of joint function and promotion of atrophic muscle recovery,but Duhuo Jisheng Tang can relieve pain symptoms more quickly and has smaller gastrointestinal reactions.
