Clinical Observation On Ulcerative Colitis (UC) With The "Chang Le Yi Hao"

Objective:Objective: "Chang Le NO.1" enema is affiliated hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese medicine,summarizes the treatment of ulcerative colitis based on years of clinical experience of the Chinese medicine compound,with heat and dampness,detoxification,heal sore muscle effect,clinical application has achieved good curative effect,no obvious side effect,but has been unable to carry on the rigorous clinical studies.The effect of "Chang Le to one side of the enema,evaluation of mild and moderate active ulcerative colitis clinical efficacy and safety of the party,decide on whether the clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis has definite curative effect,make it more scientific and objectivity in clinical application.Methods:60 cases of ulcerative colitis were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly,with 30 cases in each group.Two groups of patients during withdrawal of all possible drug effects determine the efficacy,and to observe changes in each course of treatment main symptoms,after relative treatment before the fecal occult blood and colonic mucosa.Treatment group: Chang Le NO.1 Retention enema,once a day,a course of 28 days,after clinical remission to two times a week,in case of relapse,recovery period of active treatment,and record,6 times of observation.Control group: mesalazine granules,4g daily,a course of 28 days,after the condition remission,maintenance treatment for 1 weeks,and then changed to 2g daily.If the disease relapse,restore the active period of treatment,and the real record,a total of 6 courses of observation.Results:1.That there is no significant difference between the two groups of patients with clinical comprehensive curative effect(P> 0.05).2.Each of two groups of patients after treatment and before treatment compared to the total scores of symptoms were improved,there was significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.01),which improved in stool,abdominal pain,fatigue symptoms,treatment effect of the treatment group had no significant difference with the control group(P>0.05).3.After treatment,two groups of patients with colonoscopy reexamination results,compared with the control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Patients after six courses of treatment,There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).5.Two groups of patients before and after the treatment,laboratory blood,urine routine,ECG,liver function and renal function were not found obvious abnormality.During the treatment period,there was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment group.The adverse reactions in the control group were mild nausea and diarrhea.Therefore,the safety of "Chang Le NO.1" is higher than that of the western medicine control group.Conclusion:"Chang Le NO.1" Retention enema has no significant difference in improving symptoms,intestinal mucosal lesions and clinical efficacy in patients with ulcerative colitis compared with western medicine group.
