Clinical Observation Of Double Wuzhen Pain Ointment In The Treatment Of Postoperative Pain Of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Purpose: Objective evaluation of double Wuzhen pain ointment on pain after operation of mixed hemorrhoids clinical observation given patients which using double Wuzhen pain cream with Longzhu ointment,to observe the curative effect of the two methods,application of statistical calculation method research and analysis and treatment for two methods make correct analysis,to assess the effectiveness and practicability,formation and application of norms.Method: The patients involved in the diagnosis of mixed hemorrhoids in 60 cases.Patients treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2015 to December 2015 were treated with a randomized controlled study.60 patients were randomly divided into two groups(experimental group and control group,the experimental group used double Wuzhen pain killing ointment,drug coated surface of the skin,once a day,a week for a course of treatment.The control group used Longzhu ointment,drug daub,1 times a day,one week for a course of treatment.Result: The clinical observation confirmed that the experimental group 12(40%)were cured,markedly effective in 9(30%),effective 4(16.7%),invalid5(16.7%),the total effective rate was 83.3%;in the control group,the cure5(16.7%)markedly effective in 8(26.7%),effective in 7(23.3%),invalid 10(33.3%)of the total effective rate was 66.7%,two group comparison(P < 0.05 significant difference large,statistically significant,fully confirmed Shuangwu Zhentong ointment curative effect is obviously better than that of Longzhu ointment group,and after 1 months of clinical observation of no obvious adverse events.Conclusion: Mixed hemorrhoid postoperative pain is one of the common complications and double Wuzhen pain cream with Longzhu ointment in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative pain has a similar effect,double Wuzhen pain cream of postoperative analgesic effect more obvious,laboratory examination including blood routine,liver function,renal function,urine routine,ECG not found obvious abnormality,and low cost,side effects on the body,high safety,and is easy to be accepted by patients,promotion and application in clinical treatment.
