Clinical Observation Of Maxingersan Decoction For The Treatment Of Phlegm Damp Aggregates Lung Type's Chronic Cough In Children

Objective:Objective to evaluate the Clinical curative effect observation of Maxingersan Decoction in the treatment of chronic cough in children.Methods:The research included 100 cases,all of which came from November 2016 to November 2017 in the pediatrics outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and they met the criteria for inclusion in the Western diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria.According to the randomized controlled trial,children were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Maxingersan Decoction,and the control group was given oral ambroxol oral solution.They were continuously administered for 10 days.The symptoms and signs of changes in the two groups before and after treatment and the difference in scores were observed.The scores were statistically analyzed by SPSS20.0.Results:(1)After 10 days of treatment,the curative effect was evaluated.The results showed that the total effective rate was 92% in the treatment group and 82% in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was compared with the rank sum test.There was a significant difference between the two groups of data(P<0.05),indicating that the overall effect of Maxingersan Decoction in treating chronic cough(phlegm damp aggregates lung type)is better than oral ambroxol oral solution.(2)Two groups before treatment in children with individual signs and symptoms integral aspects are not(P > 0.05),shows that the two groups before treatment in children with no difference in the symptoms and signs of integral federation,can carry out statistical comparison.Through statistical tests,in 10 days after treatment,two groups of children with cough,sputum,sweat out,eat less,stay,defecate,tongue coating and so on symptoms and signs and lung signs were difference between integral(P < 0.05),shows for children with cough,sputum,sweat,less food,stay,defecate,tongue coating on the tongue and lung signs of improvement,the curative effect of treatment group is higher than the control group.Conclusion:(1)The clinical efficacy of Maxingersan Decoction in the treatment of chronic cough in childrenUp to 92%,the study showed that the total effective rate was higher than that of Ambroxol oral solution group.(2)To improve the symptoms of cough,sputum,sweating,poor appetite,and stool in children with chronic cough.Regarding improvement and improvement of the lungs of children,Maxingersan Decoction is superior to Ambroxol oral solution.
