Clinical Curative Effect Evaluation Study On Lixiao Decoction To Cure Type ? Diabetes Mellitus

Objective:This research on the guidance of six diseases in three place theory to creat Lixiao Decoction,then according to experiment indexes to evaluation the clinical effect of Lixiao Decoction treated the type II diabetes mellitus.Method:Collect the patients who were conformed to diagnose and bring into standard,on the basis of table of random numbers to divide the patients into control group and treatment group,cured for 30 days.Then compared the change of traditional Chinese medicine symptom,tongue picture and pulse condition in two sets patients and compared the change of fasting blood-glucose,2-hour post-meal blood glucose,24-hour glycosuria quantitative,glycosylated hemoglobin,hepatorenal function and blood fat,using statistical method to conduct data analysis,finally objective evaluation the clinical effects.Results:a.Compare with the gender,age and course of disease,there was no statistical significance in two sets(P>0.05).b.Compare with the fasting blood-glucose,2-hour post-meal blood glucose,24-hour glycosuria quantitative,there was statistical significance,and treatment group was superior to control group in comparison among groups.c.Compare with glycosylated hemoglobin,hepatorenal function and blood fat,there was statistical significance,but there was no statistical significance in comparison among groups.d.In Chinese medicine symptom complex score,there was statistical significance in two sets,and treatment group was superior to control group in comparison among groups.e.In traditional Chinese medicine clinical therapeutic effect,there was statistical significance in two sets,and treatment group was superior to control group in comparison among groups.f.In safety evaluation,according the general test items,routine test of blood,urine and excrement,hepatorenal function and electrocardiography,the patients hadn't occurred adverse events.Conclusion:Lixiao Decoction was created on the guidance of six diseases in three place theory,combination with metformin hydrochloride can reduce the fasting blood-glucose,2-hour post-meal blood glucose,hepatorenal function and blood fat index of patients.So Lixiao Decoction can improve TCM syndrome and have obvious clinical effects.
