The Evaluation Of Three Parts Fractures Of Proximal Hummers By Conservative Treatment

Objective:To evaluate conservative clinical effects of treatments in three parts fractures of proximal humers.Methods:Conservative treatment group were used manipulative reduction, splintage with Chinese medicine and functional exercise. The surgical treatment group were used open reduction and internal fixation. The 120 cases were in Orthopedic Hospital of Sichuan Province from 2009 to 2010 were analyzed, and Neer100 points scoring were evaluated the clinical effects of conservative treatment in three parts of proximal humeral fractures.Results:The baseline data of two groups were no significant difference (P>0.05) And there were no significant differences in the score of pain and function (P>0.05). The range of motion and anatomical score were significant differences (P<0.05). The Ridit analysis were showed that the overall curative effects of two groups and surgical neck with greater tuberosity fractures were significant difference(P<0.05), and no significant differences in surgical neck with nodules fractures (P>0.05)Conclusions:The results indicate that two treatment methods were no evident difference in pain score and function score, while activities range scores and anatomical scores were indicated better effects than operative treatment. The overall effect and surgical neck with greater tuberosity fractures, surgery treatment is better than conservative treatment, but no significant difference in the efficacy of surgical neck with nodules fractures. Conservative treatment on three parts of proximal humeral fractures are simple and easy to operate, small trauma, low cost, fewer complications. Our results indicated that the Conservative treatment have certain clinical popularize value.
