The Clinical Research Of Impact Of The Yi Zhi Kai Qiao Acupuncture On Vascular Cognitive Impairment

Objective:This topic is to observe the clinical effect of Yi Zhi Kai Qiao acupuncture in the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment,and to further provide clinical basis for the popularization and application.Methods:Passing simple random number table method,64 cases of patients will be in cluded in the standard is divided into treatment group and control group.The subjec ts of this study were all the all the vascular cognitive impairment patients in the D epartment of Encephalopathy of the third traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of S hanxi College of traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to December 2018.Patients in the treatment group are treated with Yi Zhi Kai Qiao acupuncture in t he basic treatment group,the acupoints were selected as Baihui,Sishencong,Shenting,Naohu,shenmenguan(bilateral),Hegu(bilateral),Xuanzhong(bilateral),Taixi(bilateral),Sanyi njiao(bilateral),Taichong(bilateral).Patients in the control group are treated with conve ntional acupoints in the basic treatment group,The acupoints were selected as Baihui,Sishencong,Renzhong,Chize(bilateral),Neiguan(bilateral),Zusanli((bilateral),Weizhong(bil ateral),Dazhong(bilateral)and Xuanzhong(bilateral).All patients are treated six times a week,rest for a day,a week for a period of treatment,a total of four courses of tr eatment.before and after the treatment,respectively observe the ADL scale,MMSE sca le,M0 CA scale and cortisol levels.Results:1.Comparison of the MMSE scale score,MOCA scale score and Cortisol leve l:after the treatment,all patients,scale scores were improved and the cortisol levels w ere decreased in the two groups,and the effect of treatment group is better than tha t of control group(P<0.05);2.The effective rate of the treatment group was 84%,87%,respectively after the treatment of MMSE scale and MOCA scale.The effective rate of the control group was 77%,73%.The effective rate of the two groups was statisti cally significant by rank sum test.It shows that Yi Zhi Kai Qiao acupuncture in the basic treatment group is better than Conventional acupoints in the basic treatment group.3.Comparison of the ADL scale score:after the treatment,both groups can impr ove the patients,ability of daily living,but the comparison between the two groups does not show that the treatment group is superior to the control group(p>0.05).4.Sa fety determination:during treatment,on adverse events occurred in both groups,indicating the safety of this study.Conclusion:The two acupuncture methods can improve the cognitive function of th e patients with cognitive impairment and reduce the cortisol level,and Yi Zhi Kai Q iao acupuncture in the basic treatment group is superior to the control group and s afe and effective,both groups can improve the patients,ability of daily living,but the comparison between the two groups does not show that the treatment group is sup erior to the control group(p>0.05).In addition,the numbers of cases is relatively smal l,the course of treatment is short and the follow-up is locking.So the exact curative effect still needs to be further studied.
