| Objective:Through the clinical randomized controlled trial, the difference clinical efficacy between "Qibi Liyan" acupuncture and rehabilitation combined with routine acupuncture and rehabilitation in the oral stage of dysphagia after apoplexy was compared, which enriched the treatment methods and means of oral dysphagia, and provided theoretical basis for its clinical promotion. Methods:Patients who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the principle of single-blind,randomized,and controlled, each group consisting of 31 people, and 60 cases were finally completed. One test group and the control group each fell off.On the basis of basic treatment and "Qibi Liyan" acupuncture treatment, the experimental group was treated with oral acupuncture, while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. Both groups were treated once a day,six times a week and three weeks as a course of treatment.Taking the standard swallowing function assessment scale(SSA)as the main index, oral function score table and Watian drinking water score as the secondary index, the efficacy of the experimental group and the control group was compared.Results:1.Baseline comparison: There was no significant difference in gender, age, duration of disease and stroke type between the two groups. There was no statistical difference between the pre-treatment SSA,oral function scores and Watian drinking water scores. The two groups were comparable;2.Comparison within the group: After treatment for one course of treatment in the experimental group, the comparison of SSA,oral function scores and Watian drinking water was statistically significant, ndicating that the curative effect of the experimental group was obvious;after 3 weeks of treatment in the control group, the scores of the three groups were compared,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the control group also had curative effect;3.Comparison between groups: After 3 weeks of treatment, the test group and the control group were compared with the results of the three groups,P was less than 0.05,which was statistically significant, indicating that the test group was better than the control group;4.Comparison of curative effect: After treatment for 3 weeks in the experimental group,6 cases were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,4cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 86.6%.After treatment for one course of treatment,2 cases were cured and 9 cases were markedly effective.11 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 73.3%.The results of non-parametric rank sum test showed that P<0.05 was statistically significant, indicating that the test group was more effective than the control group. Conclusion:"Qibi Liyan" acupuncture combined with oral rehabilitation training for the treatment of dysphagia after stroke has obvious curative effect. The conventional acupuncture plus oral rehabilitation training in the control group is also effective, but no significant effect in the experimental group, therefore,"Qibi Liyan" acupuncture treatment, combined rehabilitation in the oral period training can be widely used in the clinical treatment of post-stroke dysphagia in the oral cavity, bringing evangelism to patients with dysphagia, and getting rid of the disease as soon as possible. |
