Application Of 3D Printing In The Treatment Of Calcaneal Fracture By Pry And Pull Reduction And Internal Fixation With Hollow Nail

Objective:To investigate the effectiness of three dimensional(3D)printing assisting poking reset screws fixation of Sanders???calcaneus fracture.Methods: From January 2018 to December 2018,the total of 30 patients with Sanders??? calcaneus fracture were selected.15 cases in the experimental group,15 cases in the control group.Patients in the experimental group were 3D printing based on patient calcaneus image data before surgery,and to observe the classification,simulate poking reset,surgical design,and then the poking reset screws fixation;patients in the control group with the X-ray film,CT sweep and 3D reconstruction imaging data classification evaluation,surgical design,and then poking reset screws fixation.The surgical time;the frequency of the intraoperative fluoroscopy;the B?hler angle;the Gissane angle and the American Othopaedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)scores were compared.Results: There was no significant difference in age and sex between the two groups(P>0.05).All the incisions healed in first intention and not occur postoperative complications.The data analysis showed that the B?hler angle;the Gissane angle and the AOFAS scores in two groups between pre-operation and post-operation have significant different(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in thesurgical time and the frequency of the intraoperative fluoroscopy in two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusions:The application of the 3D printing technology can effectively reduce the poking reset screws fixation of Sanders???calcaneus fracture surgical trauma,save the time of operation,reduce the doctor and patient's radition exposure,has a good clinical effect.
