ObjectiveThe application of three-dimensional gait analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the Kuo poking reduction scheme connection homemade prototypical retractor for treatment of calcaneal fracture.MethodsFrom February 2014 to January 2015, Using randomized controlled methods collected 60 patients with SandersII-type calcaneal fracture, they were all fresh closed fractures and andomly divided into two groups. The experimental group used the Pingle Kuo poking reduction scheme connection homemade prototypical retractor and hollow screw to fix. The control group used tradition open reduction and plate internal fixation. After one year of operation, the calcaneal width, Bohler angle, Gissane angle indexes for imageology, the gait and AOFAS score system were analyzed. So that the statistical data and function of two groups could be evaluated. Compare two groups of postoperative function recovery and clinical efficacy.ResultStudy group and control group’s calcaneal width, Bohler angle, Gissane angle, gait, AOFAS score and complication were not significantly different (P>0.05). There were significant differences in intraoperative blood loss, operation time and hospitalization expenses etc. The experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).ConelusionThe Kuo poking reduction scheme connection homemade prototypical retractor replace closed and hollow screw internal fixation in the treatment of calcaneal fracture has positive effect, minimally invasive, which is a kind of effective traditional treatment of calcaneal intra-articular fracture. |
