Effect Of Acupuncture Of Shangjuxu And Tianshu On Intestinal Microflora In Patients With Ischemic Stroke And Its Therapeutic Effect

Objective: Through clinical studies,the effects of acupuncture on bifidobacterium and enterococcus in the intestinal flora of IS patients and the improvement of nervous function were observed,to explore whether the improvement of intestinal flora can produce benign intervention on clinical symptoms of ischemic stroke patients,so as to provide an optimal scheme for clinical acupuncture treatment of IS patients.Method: A total of 90 IS inpatients(meeting the inclusion criteria)were collected from the department of encephalopathy of anhui province acupuncture and moxibustion hospital,and randomly divided into the general acupuncture group,the combined acupuncture and medicine group,the shangju deficiency group and the tianshu group,with 30 cases in each group.The three groups were treated 6 times a week for 4 consecutive weeks(28 days)as a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,NIH Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and modified Rankin Scale(mRS)were used to evaluate the total effective rate of bifidobacteria and enterococcus.After treatment,the data of the same group were compared before and after treatment.The data of different groups were compared and analyzed,and the data of different groups were observed.The results were further analyzed and conclusions were obtained.Result:(1)Values of bifidobacteria and enterococcus Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the values of bifidobacterium and enterococcus between the three groups of IS patients(P > 0.05).After treatment,the values of bifidobacterium and enterococcus in the general acupuncture group increased slightly and decreased slightly,but the changes were not significant.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).The value of bifidobacteria in the combined treatment group and the groups of shangjuxu and tianshu increased significantly(P < 0.01)and decreased significantly(P < 0.01)compared with that before treatment in the same group,indicating that both of the two treatments could regulate bifidobacteria and enterococcus.Compared with the general acupuncture group,the values of bifidobacterium increased significantly(P < 0.01)and enterococcus decreased significantly(P < 0.01)in the acupuncture and drug combination group,shangju deficiency group and tianshu group,indicating that the acupuncture and drug combination group,shangju deficiency group and tianshu group had better regulatory effect on bifidobacterium and enterococcus.Compared with the groups of shangju deficiency and tianshu,the changes in the bacterial community in the combined treatment group were similar,with no statistical difference(P > 0.05),suggesting that the two therapies had similar regulatory effects on bifidobacteria and enterococcus.(2)NIHSS score Before treatment,NIHSS scores of the patients in the three groups were compared(P > 0.05),showing no statistical difference and comparability.After 1 course of treatment,the NIHSS score of the general acupuncture group was lower than that of the same group before treatment(P < 0.05),and the NIHSS score of the combined acupuncture and medicine group,shangju asthenia and tianshu group was significantly lower than that of the same group before treatment(P < 0.01).Compared with the general acupuncture group,the NIHSS scores of the acupuncture and drug combination group,the shangjuxu and tianshu groups were significantly lower(P < 0.01).The results showed that the acupuncture and drug combination group and the groups of shangjuxu and tianshu had better effects on the recovery of neurological defects in IS patients.Compared with the groups of shangju deficiency and tianshu,the NIHSS score of the combined acupuncture and medicine group was significantly lower,with no statistical difference(P > 0.05),suggesting that the two treatments had similar effects on improving the neurological function of IS patients.(3)MRS scoreBefore treatment,mRS scores of patients with IS in the three groups were compared(P > 0.05),with no statistical difference and comparability.After 1 course of treatment,mRS score in the general acupuncture group was lower than that before treatment in the same group(P < 0.05),and mRS score in the combined acupuncture and drug group,shangjuxu and tianshu group was significantly lower than that before treatment in the same group(P < 0.01).Compared with the general acupuncture group,the mRS score of the combined acupuncture group,the shangju deficiency group and the tianshu group decreased more significantly(P < 0.01),indicating that the combined acupuncture group,the shangju deficiency group and the tianshu group had better effects in improving the severity of IS patients' conditions.Compared with the groups of shangju deficiency and tianshu,the mRS score in the combined acupuncture and drug therapy group decreased by a similar degree,with no statistical difference(P > 0.05),suggesting that the two therapies were equally effective in improving the severity of IS.(4)Overall efficacy After treatment,the overall efficacy of the three groups of IS patients was compared through Ridit analysis.The total effective rate was 63.3% in the general acupuncture group,90% in the combined acupuncture and medicine group,and 86.6% in the shangjuxu and tianshu groups.Compared with the general acupuncture group,the combined acupuncture group,shangjuxu group and tianshu group had a higher total effective rate(P < 0.01),with significant differences.There was no significant difference in efficacy between the combined acupuncture and medicine group and the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Acupuncture on juxu and tianshu can produce benign intervention on bifidobacteria and enterococcus in the intestinal flora of IS patients.2.The addition of juxu and tianshu on the basis of ordinary acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of IS patients,and the mechanism may be related to the regulation of bifidobacterium and enterococcus homeostasis.
