The Study On Characteristics Of TCM Syndromes In Advanced NSCLC And The Effect Of Feijifang On Lewis Lung Cancer Mice

1Objective 1.1Clinical Research: To study the distribution of TCM syndrome in advanced lung cancer(?a??b and?).1.2Experimental study:For exploring the anti-tumor mechanism of Feijifang to Lewis lung cancer mice and provide reliable scientific basis for its clinical application.2Method 2.1 Clinical Research: Through investigating 97 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer analyzing the relationship between sex,smoking,pathological types,TNM staging and TCM syndrome,and summarizing the distribution of TCM symptoms in the advanced NSCLC.2.2Experimental study: The mice model of Lewis lung cancer was established and randomly divided into four groups,each group have 10 mice: tumor control group,traditional Chinese medicine group,cisplatin group,and traditional Chinese medicine combined with cisplatin group.Tumor control group(Intragastrically administered with 0.9 % of NaCl every day and intraperitoneally injected 0.9 % of NaCl on the 4th,8th,and 12 th days of the experiment);Traditional Chinese medicine group(Intragastrically administered with Feijifang every day and intraperitoneally injected 0.9 % of NaCl on the 4th,8th,and 12 th days of the experiment);Cisplatin group(Intragastrically administered with 0.9% of NaCl every day and intraperitoneally injected cisplatin on the 4th,8th,and 12 th days of the experiment);Traditional Chinese medicine combined with cisplatin group(Intragastrically administered with Feijifang every day and intraperitoneally injected cisplatin on the 4th,8th,and 12 th days of the experiment).Recording the daily of them.After 14 days,killed the mice,to detect the serum IL-2 and TNF-? values of each group of mice by ELISA.Removed tumors and weighed,calculating the tumor suppression rate of each group.Observing the tumor sections after HE staining and detecting the levels of Bcl-2,bax,and P53 by Immunohistochemical SP method.3Result 3.1 Clinical studies:There were 15 patients(15.46%)with the syndrome of blood clogged in the lungs,26 patients(26.81%)with the syndrome of phlegm and dampness,22 patients(22.68%)with the syndrome of lack of yin and hot toxin,25 patients(25.77%)with the syndrome of lack of qi and yin,9 patients(9.28%)with the syndrome of lack of qi and blood.3.2Experimental study: 3.2.1Tumor and tumor Suppressor rate: each group of tumor volume increased significantly during administration.The order of speed of growth is tumor control group,traditional Chinese medicine group,cisplatin group,and traditional Chinese medicine combined with cisplatin group.The average tumor weight of other group was lower than the tumor control group,and the cisplatin group and the Chinese medicine combined with cisplatin group had significant statistical significance(P<0.01),Chinese medicine group has no statistical significance(P>0.05).3.3.2 Serum ELISA test results: Serum IL-2: The detection value of traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than tumor control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),Cisplatin group and Chinese medicine combined with Cisplatin group were significantly higher than the tumor control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);Serum TNF-?: Other groups tested higher than the control group with tumor,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.3.3Results of immunohistochemical IOD values:Bcl-2 and P53 in other groups were lower than the control group with significant statistical significance(P<0.01);Bax in other groups was higher than the control group with significant statistical significance(P<0.01).4.Conclusion 4.1The clinical syndromes survey found that in the advanced NSCLC patients,phlegm and dampness syndrome and lack of qi and yin syndrome were the main symptoms.The TCM syndromes of lung cancer were related to smoking and TNM staging.4.2Feijifang combined with chemotherapy can improve the body's autoimmunity and clinically have the effect of increasing efficiency and reducing toxicity;Feijifang can inhibit tumors by reducing the expression of apoptosis inhibitory gene mutations p53 and Bcl-2 and increasing the expression of Bax genes.
