Objective:Through the establishment the sucrose of root end microleakage model,compared the microleakage of ProRootMTA,iRoot BP Plus,iRoot SP+iRoot BP Plus root-end filling materials in apical seal.Method: ProRootMTA,iRoot BP Plus and iRoot SP+iRoot BP Plus,were immersed in 10mmol/L sucrose solution,corresponding to groups a,b and c.The sucrose solution concentration changes were detected on day 1,7,14,28,42 and 56,respectively,and compared with the control group.40 isolated teeth of single root canal,which after root canal treatment,were collected and randomly divided into three experimental groups A,B and C,and two control group D(positive group)and E(negative group).Group A root end filling the ProRootMTA;Group B was filled iRoot BP Plus;Group C was filled with iRoot SP+iRoot BP Plus.After filling in the experimental group,X-ray film was taken to check the filling quality.The sucrose microleakage model was established,and the sucrose concentration at the bottom of the model was detected and recorded on days 1,7,14,28,42 and 56,respectively.Results:There was no difference in sucrose concentration between group a,b and c at different time points(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the overall distribution of microleakage values at different time points in the experimental groups A,B and C(P=0.013,=0.05).The total microleakage values at different time points in the iRoot SP+iRoot BP Plus group were all lower than those in the ProRoot MTA group and the iRoot BP Plus group(P=0.007,P=0.017,corrected =0.017).ProRoot MTA and iRoot BP Plus showed no significant difference in overall microleakage at each time point(P=0.772,corrected =0.017).Conclusion: The glucose can be replaced for quantitative analysis of leakage of alkaline materials by sucrose.iRoot BP Plus and ProRoot MTA on the apical sealing effect has no obvious difference,but iRoot SP assist iRoot BP Plus has the obvious difference than used independently ProRoot MTA and iRoot BP Plus.The value of microleakage is lower,it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
