ObjectivesThrough a questionnaire survey of grassroots public health personnel in Kaifeng City,we can understand the job satisfaction level of grassroots public health personnel and its influencing factors,grasp the importance evaluation of employees on various incentive factors,and provide reference for the construction and development of grassroots public health services in Kaifeng City.Methods1.Through literature review,we obtain the current research data on employee job satisfaction with public health personnel,analyze and summarize the data.2.Using a questionnaire survey method to facilitate sampling,the grassroots health service agencies in five districts of Kaifeng City were selected,and the survey targets were public health workers who were on duty during the investigation.3.The statistical work in this study mainly uses EpiData3.1 for data entry and verification,and SPSS19.0 software for statistical analysis of data,The analytical methods used were descriptive analysis(frequency,percent,mean ± standard deviation),analysis of variance,multiple linear regression analysis,factor analysis.The test level is ?=0.05.Results1.Through a survey of the sociology of the population of public health personnel at the grassroots level,it is found that the proportion of males and females is seriously out of tune,and women are significantly more than males;from the age point of view,those are older than 30 years old and younger than 40 years old account for 35.5%,and those older than 40 years old account for 28.0%;More people with lower professional titles,accounting for 73.0%;the academic qualifications are dominated by junior colleges,followed by high school and below,and the undergraduate and above are the least;The monthly income of grassroots public health personnel is relatively low,which is far from the expected salary.2.Through the survey on the status quo of job satisfaction of grassroots public health personnel,it is found that the job satisfaction of grassroots public health personnel is generally in a low state.and the average value of satisfaction scores is 63.33±16.94 points.Among the six dimensions of job satisfaction,the scores from high to low are social relations,working conditions,work itself,promotion and development,compensation and benefits,and management system.3.Through the single factor analysis of the job satisfaction of grassroots public health personnel,it is found that the influence of different demographic characteristics on the job satisfaction of grassroots public health personnel is different.Among them,those who are less than or equal to 25 years old have a significantly higher score in the work itself than those in the 31-40 years old;The college graduates scored significantly higher in the salary and benefits and the work itself than those in the high school and below.Those with college and above and undergraduate education scored significantly higher than those with high school and below,and the college graduates scored the highest;Those who work 11-15 years have a significantly higher score in the salary and welfare dimension than the working hours of 3-5 years and 16-20 years.And 3-5 years have the lowest score.Those who work less than or equal to 2 years score significantly higher in the work itself and in the promotion development dimension than in the 16-20 years.Those whose working time is less than or equal to 2 years are significantly higher than the working time dimension of 3-5 years and 16-20 years,and the scores of 16-20 years are the lowest;the differences of different marital status in the work itself and the promotion development dimension It is statistically significant;the differences in the scores of salary,welfare,and work itself in different work institutions are statistically significant,and the satisfaction scores of the community health service centers are higher than those of the township health centers;Statistically significant,the monthly income of 4000 yuan or more is significantly higher in the salary and welfare dimension than the monthly income is less than 2,000 yuan.4.Through multiple linear analysis of job satisfaction of grassroots public health personnel,it is found that monthly income,pay and return,work intensity,work environment,job stability,superiority and social environment are the main satisfaction of grassroots public health personnel.Influencing factors(P<0.05),among which the work intensity was the most obvious.5.In the evaluation of incentive factors,the personnel of the disease control agencies considered the “income level”(4.45±0.827)to be the most important incentive factor,followed by the “standardization of the bonus system” and the “perfect performance evaluation system”.Among the incentive factors,it is found that the policy incentive factor(36.656%)has the greatest contribution to the incentive effect,the contribution of the work incentive factor(29.049%)to the incentive effect is second,the contribution of the development incentive factor(15.909%)to the incentive effect is the smallest,and the population of different demographic characteristics for each incentive factor preferences vary.Conclusions and SuggestionsKaifeng City's grassroots public health departments have problems such as irrational human resource structure,low wages,low employee job satisfaction,and lack of effective incentive mechanisms.In response to these problems,relevant departments should start from these three aspects to improve the job satisfaction of grassroots public health personnel: optimize the construction of talent echelon,optimize salary management and implement performance appraisal system.
