theoretical reference for managers to scientifically formulate intervention strategies.MethodUsing the convenient sampling method, from January 20 to June 2018,using the General Information Fatigue Scaletotal score(89.14±16.10),the lowest score is 42 points, the highest score is 150 points;the sympathy satisfaction score is(34.76±7.59)points The lowest score is 12 points, the highest score is 50 points;the burnout score is(26.13±4.73)points,the lowest score is 10 points, the highest score is 41 points;the secondary trauma stress score is(25.21±7.45)points.The minimum score is 10 points and the highest score is 50 points.Among the 488 clinical nurses,157 were mild compassion fatigue, accounting for 32.2%,135 were moderate compassion fatigue, accounting for 27.7%,167 were severe compassion fatigue, accounting for 34.2%,and 29 were without compassion fatigue, accounting for 5.9%.2.There was no significant difference in the scores of secondary traumatic stress among clinical nurses in different age groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction of compassion and burnout scores were statistically significant in all age groups(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the ?30-year-old group's satisfaction score and the ?24-year-old group(P<0.05)and the ?24-year-old group's satisfaction score(36.49±7.91)was significantly higher than the ?30-year-old group's compassion satisfaction score(33.41±7.80).The 25-29 year old group's satisfaction score(35.38±7.10)was not significantly different from the other two age groups;the burnout score of ? 30 years old group(28.17±4.92)was significantly higher than that of ?24year old group(21.70± 4.55),the burnout scores of the 25-29 age group were not significantly different from the other two age groups.3.The scores of compassion, burnout and secondary traumatic stress of clinical nurses with different academic qualifications were statistically significant in each academic group(P<0.05).The results of multiple comparisons by LSD showed that under the condition of compassion satisfaction. The satisfaction of the nurses with group education was significantly different from that of the junior college. The difference between the master's degree and the above group and the secondary school, junior college and undergraduate group were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the occupational burnout dimension, the undergraduate group and the junior college group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the master's degree and the above group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The secondary traumatic stress dimension was master's degree and above and undergraduate. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The compassion satisfaction scores of clinical nurses with different working years were statistically significant(P<0.05),burnout,and secondary traumatic stress scores were not statistically significant in each working year group.P>0.05),the results of multiple comparisons by LSD showed that the satisfaction scores of the group over 10 years were significantly different from those of the 1-3 years and 4-6 years, and the satisfaction scores of the 7-9 years group were 1-3 years. There are significant differences in the 4-6year group.5.The compassion satisfaction scores of clinical nurses with different professional titles were statistically significant(P<0.05),burnout and secondary traumatic stress scores in each title group. There was no significant difference between the professional titles(P>0.05),the results of multiple comparisons by LSD showed that the satisfaction scores of the supervisors and above groups(30.42±7.89)were significantly lower than those of the nurses group(34.26±7.51).6.The compassion satisfaction scores of clinical nurses with different monthly incomes were statistically significant(P<0.05),burnout,and secondary traumatic stress scores in the monthly income group.P>0.05),the results of LSD multiple comparison showed that >8000 group compassion satisfaction score(35.20±7.06)was significantly higher than 4000-6000 group(32.22±7.08),6001-8000 group compassion satisfaction score(35.03±8.15)Significantly higher than 4000-6000 group(32.22±7.08).The burnout scores of the 4000-6000 group(27.95±3.60)were significantly higher than the >8000 group(25.72±4.69),and the burnout scores of the 4000-6000 group(27.95±3.60)were significantly higher than the 6001-8000 group(26.02±4.86).7.Clinical nurses' five-personal personality score: The clinical nurse's big five personality characteristics scored the highest in the dimension of each dimension, which was(41.28±5.09),and the lowest score of pleasantness was(34.59±5.34).The scores of neuroticism, openness of experience and sense of responsibility were(36.30±4.98),(35.92±4.53),and(40.92±4.44),respectively.There was a significant negative correlation between compassion and neuroticism, and a significant positive correlation with extroversion, openness, amenity and responsibility.Burnout was significantly positively correlated with neuroticism, and was significantly negatively correlated with extroversion, openness of experience, amenity and responsibility.Secondary traumatic stress was significantly positively correlated with neuroticism, and was significantly negatively correlated with extroversion, openness of experience, amenity, and responsibility.8.The score of professional identity of clinical nurses: the total score of clinical nurses' occupational identity(106.77±17.92).Among the scores of each dimension, the score of occupational cognitive value was the highest, which was(31.13±6.19),and the score of professional self-reflection was the lowest.For(11.22±2.06),the professional social skills dimension score was(22.36±3.69),the occupational social support dimension score(19.97±3.80),and the occupational setback response dimension value and occupational social support, but did not reach a significant level;it was significantly negatively correlated with professional social skills, professional frustration response, professional self-reflection,and occupational identity total score.9.Clinical nurses' social support scores: The total score of clinical nurses' social support is(40.10±7.86).Among the scores of each dimension, the subjective support score is the highest, which is(23.02±4.68)points,and the support utilization score is the lowest, which is(8.05 ±1.87)points,the objective support score is(9.04±3.28).Consensus objective support, subjective support, support utilization, and social support scores;secondary Traumatic stress was significantly negatively correlated with objective support, and negatively correlated with subjective support, support utilization, and social support scores, and did not reach significant levels.Conclusion1.The overall level of general fatigue of clinical nurses in a top three hospital in City is high, and 34.2% of clinical nurses have severe compassion fatigue.2.Factors such as gender, education, health status, monthly income, extroversion, pleasant personality, professional social support, and professional self-reflection have significant effects on clinical nurses' compassion fatigue.3.The level of compassion fatigue of clinical nurses has a certain relationship with their big
