Magnetic Circle Mei For Post-stroke Depression Early Intervention Of Clinical Research

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of magnetic yuanmei needle combined with acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke depression to improve the degree of depression,neurological impairment and daily living ability,and to analyze the causes and mechanism of the efficacy,so as to provide a new safe and effective treatment for post-stroke depression.Methods:The subjects selected 64 patients with poststroke depression who met the inclusion criteria,and randomly divided the 64 patients into two groups.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with magnetic round plum-needle on the basis of the control group.The two groups were given general nursing treatment in the department of encephalopathy,with 2 weeks as a course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment.Efficacy evaluation(HAMD,MESSS and ADL)was conducted before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,respectively.This paper analyzed the clinical effect of magnetic plum needle on post-stroke depression with statistical software,and discussed the stimulation quantity and the mechanism of stimulation site selection of magnetic plum needle on post-stroke depression.Results:1.Intra-group comparison was conducted between the treatment group and the control group,and the HAMD scores of the two groups after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment were lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05),with statistically significant differences.After treatment,the HAMD scores of the treatment group and the control group were compared between the two groups.After 2 weeks of treatment,the HAMD scores of the treatment group and the control group were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the HAMD scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.2.Intra-group comparison was conducted between the treatment group and the control group,and the MESSS scores of the two groups at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment were lower than those before treatment,respectively(all P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment group and the control group were compared,and the MESSS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.3.Intra-group comparison was conducted between the treatment group and the control group,and the BI scores of the two groups after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment were higher than those before treatment(all P<0.05),with statistically significant differences.After treatment for 2 weeks and 4 weeks,the comparison between the treatment group and the control group was conducted,and the ADL score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistically significant difference.4.Safety analysis: no adverse events occurred in the study.Conclusion:(1)magnetic yuanmei acupuncture combined with acupuncture has a significant clinical effect on early stroke depression than acupuncture alone.(2)magnetic plum needle can significantly reduce the degree of depression,improve cognitive function,promote functional recovery,and improve the quality of life of patients.(3)magnetic round plum needle has no toxic side effects and is easy to operate,which is worthy of clinical application.
