Objectives:To evaluate the nature of stroke, duration of disease, nerve injury and social support level of stroke patients, analysis of related factors of post-stroke depression(PSD).Using the single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT)to measure the regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF)in stroke patients,to explore the pathogenesis of PSD.Methods:Collect information of 48 stroke patients,to obtain the nature and duration of stroke patients, and the patients were divided into 4 groups according to the duration of the disease(<1,1-2,2-3,>3 months),To evaluate the neurological deficits by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),to evaluate social support level of stroke patients by the Social Support Revalued Scale(SSRS),and use the Post-Stroke Depression Scale(PSDS)to evaluate the patient's degree of depression.to analyze the related factors of PSD.Using the SPECT to measure the rCBF in different brain regions of stroke patients,to analyze the correlation between the occurrence of PSD and the rCBF in different brain regions.Explore the pathogenesis of PSD.Results:1.There was no significant correlation between stroke nature and post stroke depression,P=0.572>0.05,no significant correlation.2.The patients were divided into 4 groups according to the duration of disease(<1 months,1-2 months,2-3 months,>3 months). There was no significant correlation between the duration of the disease and the PSDS score(P=0.410>0.05).There was no significant difference between the groups of patients with depression,P>0.05,no significant correlation.3.There was no significant correlation between the degree of neurological impairment and post-stroke depression in stroke patients(P=0.114>0.05).4.There was no significant correlation between the scores of social support scores and the scores ofpost stroke depression(P=0.244>0.05).5.Regional cerebral blood flow in the right basal ganglia was significantly correlated with the occurrence of PSD(P=0.014<0.05),Pearson =-0.424,showed a negative correlation.the remaining parts of the rCBF changes and the occurrence of PSD had no significant correlation(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.The results of this study showed that there was no significant correlation between the nature of stroke, duration of disease, degree of neurological deficit and social support and the occurrence of PSD.2.The decrease of blood flow in the right basal ganglia may induce the occurrence of post-stroke depression.
