The Clinical Study Of Banxia Xiexin Decoction Treat Syndrome Of Upper Heat And Lower Cold Acne

Objective:Through the combination of clinical observation and statistical analysis,the clinical efficacy of banxia xiexin decoction and Viaminate Capsules in the treatment of upper heat and lower cold type acne was compared,and the therapeutic effect of banxia xiexin decoction in the treatment of upper heat and lower cold type acne was objectively evaluated.To explore new methods for the treatment of acne with upper heat and lower cold,in order to better expand the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of acne,to increase the treatment of this disease new dialectical basis.So as to improve its clinical therapeutic effect and reduce its recurrence rate.Methods:Sixty cases of acne with upper heat and lower cold were selected from the dermatology outpatient department from December 2017 to December 2018.Patients who met the study criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of visit and treatment intention.The treatment group took 200 ml of banxia xiexin decoction traditional Chinese medicine formula granules twice a day.The control group received 25 mg vitamin ester capsules three times a day.Patients in both groups were re-examined once a week and recorded,and the curative effect and syndrome changes were observed and evaluated 4 weeks later.One month after the end of treatment,patients in the treatment group and the control group were followed up,and the recurrence rate was calculated.Results:(1)Tthe total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group;The total cure rate was 36.7% in the treatment group and 6.7% in the control group.After statistical test,P < 0.01,the total effective rate and total cure rate of the two groups were significantly different,the overall effect and effective rate of the treatment group were greater than the control group.(2)The scores of banxia xiexin decoction and Viaminate Capsules before and after treatment were statistically significant(P < 0.01),and both of them were effective.(3)After the treatment of banxia xiexin decoction and Viaminate Capsules,the scores were statistically significant(P < 0.01),further indicating that babxia xiexin decoction is better than Viaminate Capsules in thetreatment of upper hot and lower cold acne.(4)Two groups of patients during the medication,control group 3 cases of adverse reactions.(5)The total effective patients in the treatment group had a recurrence rate of 7.1%,while the total effective patients in the control group had a recurrence rate of 31.8%.Statistical test showed that P < 0.05 was statistically significant,and the recurrence rate of the treated patients was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:(1)Banxia xiexin decoction has a good clinical effect on the treatment of upper hot and lower cold acne.(2)Banxia xiexin decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of upper hot and lower cold acne,and the effect is better than that of vitamin ester capsules.(3)Banxia xiexin decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of upper hot and lower cold acne with a low recurrence rate.
