Clinical Observation Of Acupuncturing Tuo Min Dui Xue Fang Combined With Guo Min Jian Jia Wei In The Treatment Of Acute Urticaria Of Wind-heat Type

Objective:to research the clinical effects of acupuncturing Tuo Min Dui Xue Fang combined with Guo Min Jian Jia Wei to treat acute urticaria of wind-heat type.Methods: Ninety patients with acute urticaria of wind-heat type who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group,an observation group 1,and an observation group 2.There were 30 cases in each group.Oral Guo Min Jian Jia Wei was applied in the control group,acupuncturing Tuo Min Dui Xue Fang was applied in the observation group 1,and acupuncturing Tuo Min Dui Xue Fang combined with Guo Min Jian Jia Wei were given in the observation group 2.Acupuncture therapy was performed once a day and 6 times a week in each group,and Chinese herbal medicine therapy was performed twice a day.Two weeks was a course of treatment.Continuous for one course.After one course of treatment,the itching syndrome score,skin lesion syndrome score and serum Ig E were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy,and observed the clinical effects.Results(1)The itching syndrome scores of the three groups were significantly lower after treatment(all P<0.05),and scores in the observation group 2 was superior to that in the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group 1 and the control group(P>0.05).(2)The skin lesion syndrome scores of the three groups were significantly lower after treatment(all P<0.05),and scores in the observation group 2 was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group 1 and the control group(P>0.05).(3)The levels of Ig E of the three groups decreased more apparently than the levels before treatment(P<0.05).The observation group 2 was far lower than the control group,the observation group 1 was much lower than the control group,and the observation group2 was far lower than the observation group 1(all P<0.05).(4)After 1 course of treatment,the effective percentage in the observation group 2was 86.67%,which was better than that of the observation group 1(73.33%)and the control group(57.14%),and the difference was equipped with statistical significance(P <0.05).ConclusionAcupuncturing Tuo Min Dui Xue Fang combined with Guo Min Jian Jia Wei can effectively relieve itching syndrome,skin lesion syndrome and serum Ig E level of acute urticaria of wind-heat type.The clinical comprehensive effect is better than simple acupuncturing Tuo Min Dui Xue Fang and oral Guo Min Jian Jia Wei.
