Objective: By observing the effect that the changes of the clinical symptoms,the Syndrome of TCM,and the Blood rheology on patients with Behcet’s disease before and after treatment by the self-made Hu Huo prescription addition and subtraction. The aim of this study is to evaluate its clinical efficacy and provide scientific evidence for clinical by Widely Deeply.Methods: 30 patients accord with the inclusion criteria of patients with Behcet’s disease were selected, given the self-made Hu Huo Prescription Addition and subtraction, using single drug free frying granules, Mix according to the instructions, Fasting morning and evening twice empty stomach taking warmly.Using the short-term curative effect(treatment period of efficacy evaluation scheme), to observe the synthetic effect of the treatment of patients after two months, clinical symptom score and the TCM syndrome score of Before and after treatment, to detect the whole blood viscosity at high shear rate(ηH), the whole blood viscosity at low shear rate(ηL)、 plasma viscosity(P), erythrocyte aggregation index(VAL)of the Blood rheology.Results: The overall effect: 9 cases were effective after treatment, valid in 18 cases, the total efficiency of 87.7%, the clinical symptoms and TCM Syndromes improved obviously,There are significant differences, with statistical significance, P<0.05. Before and after treatment,, The whole blood viscosity at high shear rate(ηH), The whole blood viscosity at low shear rate(ηL)、 plasma viscosity(P), erythrocyte aggregation index(VAI) decreased significantly, by statistical analysis showed that the P<0.05, there are significant differences, suggesting that significant clinical efficacy. In the course of treatment have no adverse reaction, no statistical significance.Conclusion: The self-made Hu Huo Prescription has a significant anti-inflammatory effect, accelerate the repair and healing of ulcer mucosa, and can effectively improve the blood rheology index, clinical curative effect is remarkable.
