Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women.In recent years,the rapidly rising incidence of breast cancer disease in China is not optimistic year by year.As a major disease that women are vulnerable to,breast cancer is unique in that it not only damages the health and life of patients,but also destroys the presentation body and sex of women.The treatment of breast cancer will cause the "incomplete" of female sexual characteristics(breast)and aesthetic(hair)symbols,and lead to the M incomplete "of psychological and social relations,then causes the female breast cancer patient to appear the identification contradiction question.There is no doubt that this has a great impact on the treatment effect of female breast cancer patients and the quality of life after rehabilitation.Under the concept of whole person health care,the author uses qualitative research method and takes symbolic interaction theory as the theoretical perspective.To analyze the changes of disease experience and psycho-social state of female breast cancer patients from"normal" to "incomplete" to "identity contradiction".According to the characteristics and advantages of patients organize social work,including professionalism,promoting the full play of "empathy" and ensuring the sustainability of health care.This paper proposed solutions on the feasibility of patients organize social work intervention in women breast cancer patients.And according to the positioning of the patients organize social work,the service framework design of the patients organize social work intervening in female breast cancer patients to alleviate the initial feeling of disease,rebuild the "normal" and "integrity","rebuild the incomplete relationship" and,feel the beauty of life"was proposed.In order to realize the goal of whole-person rehabilitation of helping women with breast cancer recover from"incomplete"to"normal" through patients organize social work.
