Objective: To investigate the relationship between the degree of coronary artery disease and cardiovascular events and iron metabolism in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods The patients were divided into three groups according to the results of coronary angiography: coronary heart disease group, coronary atherosclerosis group, and normal coronary artery group(i.e.,normal control group).Coronary heart disease(CHD)with the group main branch number:(1)the evaluation of coronary artery lesions are divided into single lesion group, double branch lesions, and multivessel disease group(2)assessment of coronary artery stenosis degree, divided into mild occlusion group(50% ~ 75%),moderate occlusion group(76% ~ 90%),severe stenosis(91% ~ 99%)occlusion group, occlusion group(100%).Patients were drawn venous blood line of IRON metabolism index analysis, combining with related data contains: SF(serum ferritin),TIBC(total IRON binding force),the agency(transferrin),UIBC(unsaturated IRON binding force),IRON,serum IRON,transferrin saturation,at the same time, the collection of patients with blood lipid, homocysteine, glycosylated hemoglobin, left ventricular ejection fraction and other indicators, for patients with IRON metabolism index and pathological changes of coronary heart disease risk and its degree of correlation analysis. Results: The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in age(F=7.808,p=0.001),LVEF(H=9.067,p=0.011),LVESD(H=6.248,p=0.044),c Tnl troponin(H55.347,p<0.001),CK-MB(H=22.948,p<0.001),Hcy(H=8.862,p=0.012)and Hb A1c(H=13.493,p=0.001)between the CHD group, the atherosclerosis group and the normal group.Comparison of indicators of relevant classified data in different groups The results showed that there were significant differences in gender(2=12.599,p=0.002),smoking(2=9.827,p=0.007),anemia(2=7.836,p=0.020),NYHA grading(H=28.035,p<0.001)and Killi P grading(H=21.548,p<0.001).The proportion of male and smoking in CHD group was higher than that in normal group(p<0.05).The prevalence of anemia in CHD group was higher than that in atherosclerosis group(p<0.05).The TRF(H=14.677,p=0.001)and IRON(H=11.821,p=0.003)in the CHD group were significantly higher than those in the atherosclerosis group and the normal group(p<0.05).Further pair-to-paircomparison showed that both TRF and IRON in the CHD group were lower than those in the normal group(p<0.05).In the absence of anemia, there was a statistically significant difference in TRF among the three groups(H=8.123,p=0.017),and further pair-based comparison showed that the CHD group was lower than the normal group(p<0.05).Comparison of coronary heart disease patients without anemia showed statistically significant differences in IRON(H=9.439,p=0.009)and IRON/TIBC(H=11.388,p=0.003)between different lesion counts, and further pairwise comparison showed that both IRON and IRON/TIBC of double-vessel lesions were lower than that of single-vessel lesions(p<0.05).Coronary heart disease(CHD)patients with anemia count to compare different lesions showed different lesion count of IRON/TIBC difference was statistically significant(H = 6.352,p = 0.042),the double branch lesions of IRON/TIBC were lower than that of single disease(p < 0.05),without anemia in patients with coronary heart disease is to show the degree of stenosis between the agency(F = 4.067,p = 0.008)and IRON(H = 17.664,p = 0.001)difference was statistically significant, two further comparison shows occlusion agency under mild occlusion(p < 0.05).IRON of severe and complete occlusion was lower than that of mild occlusion(p<0.05).In patients with coronary heart disease without anemia,TRF,IRON,TIBC and IRON/TIBC were all negatively correlated with the degree of stenosis after analysis, with statistical significance(p<0.05),that is,the higher the degree of stenosis, the lower the level of the above indicators.IRON and IRON/TIBC were negatively correlated with the number of coronary artery lesions, both of which had statistical significance(p<0.05),that is,the more the number of lesions, the lower the above index level. Conclusion:There was a negative correlation between coronary heart disease and iron metabolism.
