| Objective:Through the analysis and comparison of the relationship between the related metabolic indexes and the severity of coronary artery disease in different menopausal women, the indexes that have a greater impact on the incidence of coronary heart disease in postmenopausal women were studied,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prevention.Method:From September 2018 to November 2019,200 female patients who were admi tted to the cardiovascular department of the first hospital of Shanxi Medical Univ ersity and diagnosed as coronary heart disease after coronary angiography were co llected. To ensure that there are different degrees of atherosclerotic plaque or steno sis in the coronary artery in the study women’s natural menopause patients and th e patients admitted to the hospital imaging examination, and after agreeing to this study, sort out the life style factors such as age, menopause years, tide time, smoking, drinking, total serum cholesterol, triglyceride, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminot ransferase, etc Enzyme, hematuria nitrogen, serum creatinine, blood uric acid and other data.According to the age of menopause, the patients were divided into four grou ps(M1-M4 group). The relationship between the severity of coronary artery disease and the age of menopause was analyzed and compared.Multiple logistic regressio n and partial correlation model were used to analyze the women in M1-M4 grou p.Result:1.With the prolongation of menopause, the levels of fasting blood glucose, tri glyceride, total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein-c,creatinine and uric acid in postm enopausal women increased, while the levels of high-density lipoprotein-c decrease(P<0.05).2.With the increase of menopause, the number of coronary artery lesions and Gensini score in postmenopausal women increased(P<0.05).3.Control the independent factors(age, menarche)that affect coronary artery lesions Time, menopause time, smoking, drinking),menopause years and TG,SCR,UA,h ypertension, dyslipidemia were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.With the increase of menopause years, the abnormal degree of blood lipid,t he prevalence of hypertension and the level of uric acid in postmenopausal wome n increased significantly.2.Menopause years can predict the coronary heart disease and the degree of coronary artery disease in postmenopausal women to some extent.3.Menopause years can be used as a useful cardiovascular screening tool to provide reference for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of coronary heart dis ease in postmenopausal women. |
