Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a type of cardiopathy that depends on atherogenesis of coronary artery and that induces the ischemia and anoxia ofcardiac muscle, CHD is a familiar and frequently-occuring disease. Nowadays, the incidence of CHD increases quickly in china. Coronary arteriography (CAG)is the golden criteria on CHD diagnoses,which affords credible and objective gist for clinical research of prevention and cure CHD on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)and western medicine.chinese medchine have advantage and peculiarity in treating CHD. From the coronary artery we could prove the essence for the symptom of the Chinese medicine. And the chinese medichine will become more objectivity and scientific. so it is necessary to investigate the pertinence of the the symptom of the Chinese medicine with the coronary artery.Methods:The objects of research are 97 in-patients who have been diagnosed as CHD by CAG at the dongzhimen Hospital. We finished the unified CRF tables with the collections of syndromes of TCM and all kinds of related examination of laboratory. We main study is the relationship between Chinese medicine syndrome of CHD. SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis, Measurement data using t-test or analysis of variance, calculators information is chi-square test, grading information is rank sum test.Results:The distribution of syndrome-type have significantly different in the resort of the coronary artery (stenosis degree)(p<0.01). the blood-stagnate syndrome and the phlegm-choke syndrome is more stenosis than other syndromes. The distribution of syndrome-type have significantly different in the resort of the coronary artery (lesion branches) (p<0.01). the xinqi weakness syndrome and the xin-shen yin weakness syndrome have many lesion branches,but the blood-stagnate syndrome and the phlegm-choke syndrome have one lesion branches in a great measure.Conclusions:the blood-stagnate syndrome is the leading syndrome-type of the CHD. the blood-stagnate syndrome and the phlegm-choke syndrome have more serious stenosis. the xinqi weakness syndrome and the xin-shen yin weakness syndrome have many lesion branches. It is show that the chinese syndrome-type have the relation with the coronary artery.
