Objectives:To investigate the expression of Jdp2(Jun dimerization protein 2) and Phf2(PHD Finger Protein 2) in non-small cell carcinoma and their relationship in clinicopathological features. To provide a reference for the assessment of the condition of non-small cell carcinoma by analyzing the correlation between Jdp2 and Phf2 expression in non-small cell carcinoma tissues. Methods:The specimens of 82 non-small cell carcinoma tumor tissues excised from January 2017 to June 2018 by thoracic surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University are selected as observation group, and adjacent tissues as control group.By means of immunohistochemistry(IHC),the protein expression of Jdp2 and Phf2 in the two groups is detected, the correlation between the expression of Jdp2 and Phf2 in the observation group is analyzed, and the relationship between Jdp2 and Phf2 in clinicopathological features of patients with non-small cell carcinoma is explored. Results:The expression of Jdp2 in non-small cell carcinoma tissues is lower than that in adjacent tissues(x~2=10.25?P<0.001).The positive protein expression rates of Jdp2 in the observation group and the control group are respectively(49%?40/82) and(73%?60/82).As Jdp2 increases with the pathological stage in non-small cell carcinoma tissues, the positive expression of Jdp2 decreases(x~2=19.14 P<0.001),which indicates the expression of Jdp2 is negatively correlated in non-small cell carcinoma tissues. As the degree of differentiation increases, the positive expression of Jdp2 increases(x~2=15.591 P<0.001),which shows the expression of Jdp2 differentiated degree is positively correlated. There is no statistically significant difference between squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma(P>0.05),and no correlation with gender and age(P>0.05).The expression of Phf2 in non-small cell carcinoma tissues is lower than that in adjacent tissues(x~2=13.12?P<0.001).The positive protein expression rates of Phf2 in the observation group and the control group are respectively(52%?43/82) and(79%?65/82).As Phf2 increases with the pathological stage in non-small cell carcinoma tissues, the positive expression of Phf2 decreases(x~2=22.36 P<0.001),which indicates the expression of Phf2 is negatively correlated in non-small cell carcinoma tissues. As the degree of differentiation increases, the positive expression of Phf2 increases(x~2=17.17 P<0.001),which shows the expression of Phf2 differentiated degree is positively correlated. There is no statistically significant difference between squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma(P>0.05),and no correlation with gender and age(P>0.05).The expression of both Jdp2 and Phf2 are negatively correlated in non-small cell carcinoma tissues. There is a synergy between Jdp2 and Phf2(?=0.681?x~2=71.87?P<0.001).Conclusions:Jdp2 and Phf2 are expressed in non-small cell carcinoma and the positive expression rate of adjacent tissues is higher than that of cancer tissues. There was a correlation between the two and the clinical pathological stage, differentiation degree and tumor size of non-small cell carcinoma, and no correlation between the two and gender, age and tumor pathological type. Both have a synergistic effect in the expression of non-small cell carcinoma.
