Objective: To analyze the expression and clinic significance of Jun dimerization protein-2(JDP2)in bladder urothelial carcinoma. Methods: A total of 31 pairs of bladder cancer tissues and corresponding paracancerous tissues that surgically resected at the urology department of The China Medical University from September 1,2018 to March 15,2019 were collected for this study. The m RNA expression of JDP2 in 31 pairs of tissue samples was detected by Realtime-PCR.Meanwhile,the urine of 36 patients before operation with bladder urothelial carcinoma and 36 patients with non-bladder tumor were collected from September 1,2018 to August 10,2019,and the m RNA expression of JDP2 was detected by Realtime-PCR.Results: 1.Expression level of JDP2 in bladder urothelial carcinoma tissue was 54% of that in the corresponding paracancerous tissue, the difference has statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of JDP2 was correlated to the level of muscle invasivion in bladder urothelial carcinoma. The expression level of JDP2 m RNA in MIBC patients was significantly lower than that in NMIBC patients, the difference has statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in gender, age, clinical staging, lymph node metastasis and pathological grading between two groups(P>0.05).2.Expression level of JDP2 in urine of bladder urothelial carcinoma patients was 56% of that in urine of non-bladder cancer patients,The difference has statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: The expression level of JDP2 is lower in bladder urothelial carcinoma, which was correlated to the level of muscle invasivion,it maybe plays a inhibitory role in the occurrence and development of bladder urothelial carcinoma.
