The Clinical Study On Huanglian Wendan Decoction Combined With Chaihu Shugan Powder In The Treatment Of Bile Reflux Gastritis(Liver-stomach Stagnation And Heat Syndrome)

Objective: This subject is a clinical study on the treatment of bile reflux gastritis(liver-stomach stagnation and heat syndrome)with Huanglian Wendan decoction and Chaihu Shugan Powder,a classical prescription of traditional Chinese medicine.The research belongs to the research field of digestive system diseases in TCM internal science.Through the clinical study of Huanglian Wendan decoction combined with Chaihu Shugan Powder in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis(liver-stomach stagnation and heat syndrome),the clinical efficacy and safety of this group of prescriptions were observed,and a more effective treatment scheme was provided for the clinic.To enrich the theory and clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.Methods: A total of 72 patients with bile reflux gastritis with liver-stomach stagnation and heat syndrome were collected.A total of 60 patients completed the trial according to the treatment plan,30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group The control group was treated with oral Dali Tong granule,and the treatment group was treated with Huanglian Wendan decoction combined with Chaihu Shugan Powder.After treatment,the changes of gastroscopy,symptoms and signs of the patients were detected and recorded,and the results of the two groups were compared.Gastroscopy,symptoms,signs and safety observation indexes were observed before and after treatment.And use the statistical method to carry on the analysis,draws the conclusion.Results: In the course of clinical study,a total of 9 patients fell off,including 5 patients in the control group and 4 patients in the treatment group,a total of 63 patients completed.In the treatment of bile reflux gastritis(liver-stomach stagnation-heat syndrome),the scores of TCM symptoms were 15.39 ± 3.72 before treatment and 7.87 ± 5.40 after treatment in the control group,15.72±3.89 before treatment and 4.81±4.42 after treatment in the treatment group,and 15.39±3.72 before treatment and 7.87±5.40 after treatment in the control group,15.72±3.89 before treatment and 4.81±4.42 after treatment in the treatment group.The totaleffective rate was 87.87% in the treatment group and 67.74% in the control group.The statistical analysis showed that the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(P < 0.05).The results of gastroscopy showed that in the control group,6 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective and 8 cases were ineffective.the total effective rate was74.19%.In the treatment group,11 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,5cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 90.62%.The results showed that the total effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the treatment group.No adverse reactions were found in both groups during the observation.Conclusion: Huanglian Wendan decoction combined with Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with has obvious clinical curative effect.It has remarkable curative effect in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis,and can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and gastroscopic changes of patients with bile reflux gastritis.It can effectively delay the progress of the disease.
