Objective:To explore the risk of non-demented vascular cognitive dysfunction by screening TCM syndromes in patients with Vascular Cognitive Impairment No Dementia(VCIND)and hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and hyperlipidemia factor. Methods: Screening for VCIND patients was performed using a cross-sectional study method based on inclusion criteria. The resulting data is collated, and the descriptive data is applied to the percentage composition description. The measurement data such as the data conforms to the normal distribution, and the Pearson correlation coefficient is applied;if the normal distribution is not met,the Spearman correlation coefficient is used.Discuss the distribution of syndromes in patients with VCIND and their relationship with risk factors such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and hyperlipidemia.Results:1.There was a positive correlation between type 2 diabetes and type 2 diabetes mellitus(P<0.05),and no significant correlation with hypertension and hyperlipidemia.2.VCIND patients have two syndromes of heat poisoning, phlegm and phlegm, phlegm and phlegm, phlegm and phlegm, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, phlegm and blood stasis, yin deficiency and yang syndrome It was positively correlated with type 2 diabetes(P<0.05);it was not significantly associated with hypertension and hyperlipidemia.3.VCIND patients with three syndromes of spleen and kidney deficiency, phlegm and phlegm, yin deficiency and impotence syndrome, heat poisoning Shengsheng, spleen and kidney deficiency, phlegm and phlegm syndrome, heat poisoning internal Sheng, spleen and kidney deficiency,Yin There was a positive correlation between syndromes such as deficiency of phlegm and blood stasis and type 2 diabetes(P<0.05);no significant correlation with hypertension and hyperlipidemia.4.The VCIND combined with type 2 diabetes patients ranked the percentage of cognitive impairment in the module's full score from low to high, followed by visual space and execution ability, delayed memory, attention, language fluency, abstract thinking, naming and orientation. The percentage of scores from low to high is 58.55%,63.19%,70.09%,71.39%,76.99%,86.43%,and 91.59%.5.There was no significant correlation between the course of VCIND and type 2diabetes patients and the medication status of MocA.Conclusion:1.VCIND patients with TCM syndromes(single independent syndrome: yin deficiency and impotence syndrome;two kinds of syndromes: phlegm and phlegm, yin deficiency and yang syndrome, heat toxic endogenous spleen and spleen and kidney deficiency;three kinds of syndromes: Heat-toxic internal Sheng, phlegm and phlegm, yin deficiency and impotence syndrome are the most relevant to type 2 diabetes, and have no significant correlation with hypertension and hyperlipidemia.2.VCIND patients with type 2 diabetes may be more damaging in terms of visual function and cognitive function such as executive ability and delayed memory.3.There was no significant correlation between the course of VCIND and type 2diabetes patients and the cognitive function of MocA cognitive domains.
