Objective:Through the analysis of basic informational data of non-dementia vascular cognitive impairment-no dementia(VCIND)patients enrolled in the study, the characteristics and influencing factors of cognitive impairment in VCIND were discussed. Methods:From November 2015 to November 2017,102 patients with acute ischemic stroke within 14 days who were admitted to the first hospital in Handan City First Hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the score,it was divided into non dementia vascular cognitive impairment group(group VCIND,52 cases)and normal cognitive function group(group NCI,50 cases). The general data(gender, age, culture degree etc.)and clinical data(medical history, laboratory data, imaging data etc.)were compared between the two groups, using Logistic single factor analysis and multivariate regression analysis statistical method model to analyze the influencing factors of VCIND.Results:1.After univariate analysis, the proportion of patients with low education, hypertension, diabetes, and smoking in the VCIND group was significantly higher than that in the normal cognitive function group(P < 0.05).The levels of plasma homocysteine, triglyceride, cholesterol, uric acid,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index were significantly higher in the VCIND group than in the normal cognitive function group(P < 0.05).2.Logistic regression analysis showed that subjective sleep quality was poor(OR=1.439,95%CI1.062~1.950,P=0.019)and plasma homocysteine levels were high(OR=1.684,95%CI1).307 ~ 2.171,P = 0.000)is an independent risk factor for VCIND,and a high degree of education(OR=0.290,95% CI 0.106 to 0.792,P=0.016)is a protective factor.3.This study compared two groups of patients' cognitive function by independent sample t-test.The VCIND group had lower scores in the visual space and execution power, language, abstract thinking ability, and delayed recall than the NCI group.Statistical significance(P < 0.05).4.An independent sample t-test was performed to compare the sleep status of the two groups in this study. The VCIND group scored higher than the NCI in terms of sleep quality, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorders, hypnotic drug use,and daytime dysfunction. In the group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Hyperhomocysteinemia and poor sleep quality are independent risk factors for the development of non-dementia vascular cognitive impairment.2.If improving the patient's sleep quality and improving the education level of the patient may help to avoid the occurrence of vascular cognitive impairment.3.Patients with non-dementia vascular cognitive impairment are mainly manifested in the four cognitive areas of visual space and execution, language, abstract thinking ability, and delayed recall.4.Patients in the VCIND group had worse sleep quality, prolonged sleep, poor sleep efficiency, and more sleepiness during the day.
