Clinical Study Of Modified Pilose Antler Sishen Decoction In The Treatment Of Primary Osteoporosis

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Luantao Sishen Decoction on primary osteoporosis(liver and kidney deficiency type).To objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jiawei Luxiang Sishen Decoction in the treatment of primary osteoporosis(liver and kidney deficiency type).The experiment was comprehensively evaluated by scientific statistical analysis method.The mechanism of Jiawei Luxiang Sishen Decoction in the treatment of primary osteoporosis(liver and kidney deficiency type)was studied from the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Patients in the orthopaedic outpatient and treatment area of the affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine from February to December 2018 were selected as the clinical experiment cases.76 patients meeting the diagnosis of primary osteoporosis(liver and kidney deficiency type)were randomly divided into the treatment group(38 cases)and the control group(38 cases).The treatment group was treated with flavored pilose antler sishen decoction by oral administration.The medication was: decoction with water,300 ml of the extract,150 ml in the morning and150 ml in the evening,1 dose per day.The control group was treated with xianling gubao capsules orally,3 capsules each time,2 times a day.The course of treatment was 6 months in both groups.The changes of patients' condition,pain score,TCM syndrome score,bone mineral density,serum calcium(s-ca),serum phosphorus(s-p),alkaline phosphatase(s-alp)and other biochemical indexes were recorded before and after treatment.SPSS 19.0 was used for statistical analysis and processing of the obtained data.Results:1.Statistical analysis showed that the improvement of TCM syndrome score and VAS score in the treatment group before and after treatment was better than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).2.Changes in BMD values: after the end of treatment,only a few patients in the two groups showed slight increase in BMD,but after statistical analysis,it was found that BMDof the two groups before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.Biochemical indicators: blood calcium(s-ca),blood phosphorus(s-p),alkaline phosphatase(s-alp)and other biochemical indicators were measured in the two groups before treatment.After three months of experimental research,the biochemical indicators of patients in the two groups were analyzed.The t test of paired samples before and after treatment showed that P > 0.05 had no statistical significance and no significant difference,indicating that the biochemical indicators of patients in the two groups had no significant improvement before and after treatment.After three months of treatment,patients in the two groups were compared between groups.After independent sample t test,P > 0.05 showed no statistical significance and no significant difference.4.Two groups of treatment in patients with total effective aspects: clinical curative effect of treatment group total effective rate was 81.58%,control group total effective rate was 78.95%,the comparison between the two groups have no statistical significance(P >0.05),the effect of two groups in improving the clinical curative effect,add four gods soup taste velvet explains the experimental formula is excellent,fujin compatibility complement each other,is ideal for the treatment of osteoporosis clinical curative effect and advantage,provide safe and reliable clinical basis for clinical treatment.Conclusion: Modified sishen decoction of pilose antler can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with primary osteoporosis(deficiency of liver and kidney).This research method is safe and reliable,with significant curative effect,and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.This study needs to be further improved in the observation of bone mineral density changes and biochemical indicators,which is worthy of in-depth discussion and more extensive clinical research.
