Clinical Research Of Hcy Intervene In Type H High Blood Pressure(Yin Deficiency Han Hyper Function) Of Soup Of Kidney And Liver

Objective: Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect and evaluate the safety of soup of kidney and liver of homocysteine,blood pressure,TCM syndrome and so on in patients with type H high blood pressure(Yin deficiency Han hyper function)Methods: 60 patients diagnosed as type H high blood pressure according to the old "H" diagnostic criteria of hypertension of Chinese traditional and western medicine were enrolled in this study.Using the random number table method,divided them into control group and treatment group(30 cases each,there was no significant difference in patient's age,sex,disease and other similar basic situation.The control group treated with conventional western medicine,that was,Enalapril Maleate and folic acid Tablets,1 piece once a day,if blood pressure control was not ideal,calcium channel blockers can also be used.Treatment group taking Enalapril Maleate and folic acid Tablets,1 piece once a day and at the same time taking the kidney and liver soup,three times a day.Observation period of treatment is 30 days.Observe serum homocysteine levels,blood pressure,and the indicators of syndromes in patients before and after treatment finally using the statistical method to analysis the results for curative effect.Result: 1 there was no significant difference in serum homocysteine levels between the two groups before treatment and serum homocysteine levels after treatment are compared.The control group serum homocysteine levels after treatment was 22.19±3.56 umol/L,and 18.83 ±2.38 umol/L in the treatment group.Significant difference was found in two groups(P < 0.01),in terms of lower serum homocysteine levels,treatment group was significantly better than the control group.2,to compare the total effective rate: the control group was 56.67%,treatment group was 86.67%,the treatment group was significantly better than that of control group(P < 0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the blood pressure between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).There are significant differences in the blood pressure between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05);3,Improvement of TCM syndrome are compared,the treatment group is better than that of control group(P < 0.05);4,There were no adverse reaction in both two groups of patients before and after treatment and no obvious difference in the safety index.Conclusion: kidney and liver soup has better clinical efficacy and safety to H type hypertension(Yin deficiency Han hyper function).Reducing the serum homocysteine levels and blood pressure,at the same time improving a number of syndromes,kidney and liver soup is of high clinical application value.
