| Objective: The correlation between non-dementia vascular cognitive impairment(deficiency of spleen and kidney,phlegm turbid Mengqiao syndrome)and serum uric acid level was investigated by means of cross-section observation.Methods: In this study,cross-sectional observation was used to collect cerebrovascular disease patients from Jan 2018 to Dec 2018 in the Department of Encephalopathy,affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were measured by MOCA,MMSE,TCM Syndrome scale.The patients with VCIND with deficiency of spleen and kidney and muddy phlegm were screened out,and a group of cerebrovascular disease patients with normal cognitive function were randomly selected as the control group,and their serum uric acid levels were measured respectively.Then the level of serum uric acid and the degree of cognitive impairment in the two groups were studied.Results: 1.The level of serum uric acid in normal cognition group was 326.50 ±41.77umol/L,and that in VCIND group was 341.81 ±45.55umol/L.According to statistical analysis,there was significant difference in serum uric acid level between the two groups(P< 0.05).The level of serum uric acid in),VCIND group was significantly higher than that in normal cognition group.2.The correlation between serum uric acid level and the total score of MOCA was analyzed by Spelman.The results showed that the correlation coefficient of Spelman was R < 1,sig < 0.05).3.The correlation coefficients of the two cognitive domains(r<1,sig<0.05)of attention and directional force were analyzed by the analysis of the level of hematuric acid and each cognitive domain.4.The results of logistic regression analysis showed that age(OR=1.830,95%CI:1.098-3.020,P < 0.05),hypertension(OR=2.095,95%CI:1.085-3.521,P <0.05),Uric acid level(OR=2.950,95%CI:1.249-7.105,P < 0.05),hyperlipidemia(OR=2.054,95%CI:1.026-4.112,P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.There may be positive correlation between the level of blood uric acid and the level of VCIND(the deficiency of the spleen and the kidney and the clear of phlegm),and the more serious the level of the blood uric acid and the degree of cognitive function damage.2.The higher the serum uric acid level was,the more serious cognitive impairment was,especially the influence of serum uric acid on the cognitive domains of attention and orientation.3.Age,hypertension and hyperlipidemia are independent risk factors for VCIND(spleen and kidney deficiency,phlegm turbid Mengqiao syndrome). |
