Objective:Based on the classical literature, this topic classifies and sorts out the "acupuncture techniques" materials studied by Professor Zhang Jin,and explores the original meaning of "Xu Ji" in Neijing and its relationship with taking cold and taking heat.Summed up the historical origin of "Xu Ji" and "Cold and Heat Techniques".Summarize the academic and clinical value of "xu ji".Methods:1.Classical literature: Under the guidance of Professor Zhang Jin,this subject collects and sorts out the classical literature related to the “acupuncture and heat taking” method of “acupuncture manipulation” in ancient medical acupuncture works through manual retrieval.Using the research methods of Professor Zhang Jin's traditional Chinese medicine literature, the author analyzes the relationship between "Xu Ji" and "Cold and Heat Techniques" in "Nei Jing" and the origin and development of "Cold and Heat Techniques".2.Modern and contemporary literature: Using manual search and computer search methods, collecting the literature related to the use of cool and heat techniques and "Xu Ji" in modern times.Summarize the theoretical methods and regular of Cold and Heat Techniques in modern society.Summarize the recent research situation of "xu ji".3.Prof.Zhang jin's reference room: In thereference room of Professor Zhang Jin of Heilongjiang Provincial Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, through the examination, collation, classification, research and summary of the papers, works, audio and other related materials of Professor Zhang Jin's acupuncture method.Summarizing the value of and function of “Xu Ji” in “Nei Jing” in the theory and method of taking the heat;Summarizing the operation theory, method and operation of the Cold and Heat Techniques;Summarize the original meaning of "xu ji" in neijing.Results:1.The written description of the acupuncture method "Xu Ji" first appeared in the "Nei Jing",which belongs to the theory and method of taking cold and taking heat in Neijing. It was once called "Xu Ji Bu Xie".2.In the classical medical books after the "Nei Jing",The historical representativeness of the theory and method of taking cold and taking heat are the “Nan Jing”,the ”Zhen Jing Zhi Nan" of Dou Hanqing, the “Jin Zhen Fu” of Quan Shixin, the “Zhen Jiu Da Cheng” of Yang Jizhou and so on.3.The famous acupuncturists in mordern society who are good at cold and heat techniques are represented by Zheng Yulin(Beijing),Lu Shouyan(Shanghai),Jiao Mianzhai(Shandong),Guan Zhengzhai(Yunnan),Wen Jiefeng(Guangdong),Li Zhiming(Beijing),etc.Their theory and methods of taking cold and taking heat are based on the "Xu Ji" of "Nei Jing",“Dong Tui” of "Nan Jing",“Shao Shan Huo” and“Tou Tian Liang” of “Jin Zhen Fu”.4.After neijing,"xu ji" was considered by many later doctors to be a technique of Acupuncture for "Bu Xie";In modern literature research on "xu ji",Most researchers study "xu ji" in the form of "bu xie",but few one studies the relationship between "xu ji" and "Cold and Heat Techniques".5.After many years of research, professor zhang jin came to the conclusion that"xu ji" in neijing belongs to the theory and method of taking cold and taking heat;"Xu Ji" in "Nei Jing" is the source of "Cold and Heat Techniques";The "Cold and Heat Techniques" after neijing are all based on the development and innovation of "xu ji".Conclusions:Through the research on the classical literature, the cold and hot techniques of modern and contemporary acupuncture manipulations, and the related materials of professor zhang jin's acupuncture manipulations, this paper draws the conclusion:1."Xu ji" in neijing is the theory and method of taking cold and taking heat;"Xu ji" is the origin of other "Cold and Heat Techniques",as well as the theoretical core and technical key of other "Cold and Heat Techniques".2.Compared with other "Cold and Heat Techniques","xu ji" is simpler in theory, more direct in method, more convenient in operation and easier to use in clinical practice.
