ObjectiveCollecting and analyzing the data of the symptoms,diagnosis,auxiliary examination and postoperative pathological of 34 young patients,who were diagnosed with colorectal cancer in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University;To explore the clinical and pathological characteristics in young patients with colorectal cancer,so as to clarify the pathogenesis and characteristics.MethodsRetrospectively analyzed the initial symptom,clinic time,auxiliary examination and postoperative pathology of 34 young patients' data,who were diagnosed with colorectal cancer in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2012 to January 2017.Results1.Generally information: the 34 cases of young patients who diagnosed with colorectal cancer,18 were males and 16 were females,the ratio of sex is 1.1:1;Age from 18 years old up to 30 years old,and the average age was 25.5 years old.2.First symptoms and the diagnosis time: the 12 cases of young patients see a doctor with the mainly bloody stool,then the 5 cases with the changes in bowel habit,the 6 cases with the change of stool character,the 7 cases with abdominal pain,the 1 case with abdominal mass,and the 4 cases with asymptomatic.And the average confirmed time was 4.5 months.3.Auxiliary examination: the preoperative examination of the colorectal cancer,including tumor markers,abdominal pelvic CT,intestinal barium imaging and endoscopic and so on.The makers including CEA and AFP,CA125,CA19-9.there are 30 underwent endoscopic check,then 25 abdominal pelvic CT examination,3 underwent intestinal barium imaging.4.Tumor location and pathology: There is cases of the 34 cases,which the position is l located in rectum.The 48 percent of the 34 cases' pathology is poor differentiated adenocarcinoma,including low differentiated adenocarcinoma and mucous adenocarcinoma and signet ring cell carcinoma.5.TNM staging: the 8 cases of 34 cases are diagnosed with ?/? stage,and 26 cases are with ?/? stage.6.Prognosis: 28 cases of patients undergoing radical surgery,3 cases of young patients with palliative surgery,2 cases of young patients with Hartmann,and 1 case of young patients with ileal colostomy surgery;As of January 2018,31 patients received follow-up,follow-up rate was 91%,including 20 patients with young people in a state of survival.ConclusionThe young patients with colorectal cancer have long diagnosis time,poor differentiation,high misdiagnosis.To avoid missing the optimal time of therapy.We must escalating vigilance in the treatment process.Patients who had family history of colorectal cancer or familial adenomatous polyposis,should do the colonoscopy regularly.
