As the network project of medical services in China,grassroots medical institutions are the basis for the smooth development of the graded diagnosis and treatment system,and also an important link to solve the problem of "difficult to see a doctor".In order to further improve the service capacity of China's primary medical institutions,the "Healthy China 2030" Planning Outline re-emphasizes the importance of "strong grassroots."As the main provider of primary medical services,GPs are the main players and performers of strong-based policies.The quality of GP's work directly affects the quality of service in primary care institutions.In order to improve the utilization efficiency of grassroots health resources,China began to explore the mode of teamwork in general practice in 2003,integrating community medical resources to provide residents with higher quality health services.At present,Chinese scholars have carried out numerous in-depth studies on the relevant content of general practitioners and general practitioners.However,in the context of the strong-based policy in the new era,the work content of the grassroots general practitioners and their teams,the changes in their work patterns,and the degree of digesting of many policies remain to be further studied.Purpose:This article is based on the general practice team building practice of Guangzhou X Community Health Service Center,to grasp the current status of community general practitioner team building in community residents'health services;to further explore the community general practitioner's job satisfaction,The dilemma faced by the work;comprehensive consideration of the problems existing in the practice of community general practitioner team building,and then proposes an optimized path for the construction of targeted community general practitioner team.Methods:Comprehensive use of on-site interviews,questionnaires,participation observation and statistical analysis and other analytical methods,in-depth analysis of Guangzhou X community health service center general practitioner team construction status,member job satisfaction status,existing problems and optimization countermeasures.Results:Guangzhou X Community Health Service Center has a total of 6 general practitioner teams,with an average of 10-13 people per team;the job satisfaction survey has the lowest scores for promotion and remuneration,respectively 3.17 points and 3.38 points;Through interviews and observations,it was found that the general team faced the obstacles of the career development of the general practitioners in the actual work process;the professional functions of public health doctors were not fully demonstrated;the leadership of team managers failed to play an effective role;The team of doctors is not sufficiently close to the community committee;the pressure on the file management of the team of general practitioners is too great.Conclusion:Viewing the whole team construction from a system perspective,clarify the work dilemma of different positions within the general team,improve the general medical system,improve the general job loyalty;clarify the role of public health physicians,and build a benign team operation mode;Improve team management level,improve team work efficiency;make full use of community resources,strengthen external team building;integrate information platform construction,reduce file management pressure.
