Design And Implementation Of Clinical Medicine Picture Archiving And Communication System

Clinical medical image communication and storage is an important business in the daily medical service system of medical institutions.It mainly refers to the integrated management of medical image collection results by means of medical image collection equipment,communication equipment and storage equipment,which could provide necessary data support for doctors' medical diagnosis and patients' services.With the increasing number of patients in recent years,the medical imaging department is faced with the problems of lacking information software tools and low efficiency in the communication and storage of medical image data.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designed and implemented a PACS system,and the specific research work includes the following:(1)The general functional structure of PACS system is introduced,and the DICOM technical standard,HL7,IHE technical standard and image enhancement technology involved in the system are discussed and analyzed in this paper.(2)According to the actual needs of the hospital,the algorithm design of vascular subtraction image enhancement is discussed in detail.In accordance with the requirements of medical image enhancement,DSA is adopted to design targeted image enhancement algorithm,and the detailed process of the algorithm is introduced.(3)The function design and development of the PACS system are realized by using the design result of the image processing algorithm of vascular subtraction and the software development technology and tools of.NET platform.And the overall functional architecture and operation platform of the system are constructed,the system is tested and analyzed,and the actual operation effect of the system is discussed in detail.Through the application of clinical medicine picture archiving and communication system in hospitals,it can provide information management tools for medical imaging departments and improve their work efficiency.
