Traditionally,to solve the problem that medical treatment is difficult of the masses in remote areas has always been the competent department of Health authorities.With the rapid development of information technology,every industry is experiencing the information revolution.Information and communication technologies have a very wide range of applications in the medical field,has injected new vitality for the health care industry,and brought unprecedented opportunities for its development.Among them,telemedicine beyond geographical barriers,achieved to serve people in remote areas using urban medical technology,in the process of diagnosis,hospital medical staff can read the medical image information anytime and anywhere through the terminal device to auxiliary diagnosis.And,the popularity of mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets across the time and space limitations.That both improves the medical timeliness,and reduce the medical cost,and to reduce medical expenses due to long distance referral.With the high-speed development of the Internet,mobile remote medical consultation system be widely used.The real-time transmission of medical images will be inevitably involved in the remote consultation,but,due to the communication facilities in remote areas is relatively backward,the network bandwidth is slow.How can obtain high quality,high precision medical images in a mobile environment of the limited time has become the urgent problem need to solve.Most of the medical image has the characteristics of high pixels and large size,so transfer price is higher in the process of medical image transmission.Each node in network is intermittence and bandwidth is not stable especially in mobile environment,this can result in large scale image transmission failure.In response to this challenge,for the target to establish high efficiency medical image transmission system in a mobile environment in this paper,mainly solves the two problems: firstly,proposes a technology that segmentation image based content and approximate mass transfer for more picture,providing a new method for high resolution image transmission;secondly,adaptive storage of large-scale medical image.Put forward the effectiveness of the high efficient transmission strategy and storage technology combined with experimental demonstration,has a wide range of display meaning of popularization of mobile medical images used for auxiliary nursing treatment,implement medicaltelecommuting truly to currently each big hospital.
