Clinical Research On The Effect Of Reed-Tube Moxibustion Combined With Acupuncture On Total Type Sudden Hearing Loss

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of reed-tube moxibustion combined with acupuncture on total type sudden deafness,tinnitus and deafness accompanied by symptoms,analyze the influence of relevant factors oin the curative effect,and explore the clinical value of reed-tube moxibustion combined with acupuncture on total type sudden deafness.Metohd:Toally 60 cases met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.On the basis of conventional western medicine,the control group received acupuncture,and the treatment group used reed-tube moxibustion combined with acupuncture.One course of treatment for 10 days,and two courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,test pure tone audiometry,tinnitus severity classification and ear tightness VAS score,evaluate the hearing effect and the curative effect of accompanying symptoms in the two groups,and analyze the influence of relevant factors on the curative effect.RESULT:(1)The general date before treatment in the two groups were comparable by test(P>0.05).(2)After treatment,the average hearing threshold in both groups was significantly lower than before(P<0.05),and the hearing improvement of the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group and the improvement effect of eartightness are better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in tinnitus curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05).(3)In both groups,the curative effect of moderate-moderate severe hearing loss is better than that of severe-total hearing loss(P<0.05).Between the two groups of moderate-moderate severe hearing loss,the curative effect was no statistical significance(p>0.05);The curative effect of the treatment group on severe-total deafness hearing loss is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).between the two groups in treatment time?7 days and course of disease>7 days,the curative effect was no significant difference(P>0.05).w.hen the course of disease was?7 days,the effective rate of the treatment group better than control group(p<0.05).between the two groups with disease course>7 days,the curative effect was no statistical significance(P>0.05).there was no significant difference in effective rate between the two groups with or without tinnitus(P>0.05).The effective rate of treatment group with the accompany symptoms of tinnitus is better control group(p<0.05).Between effective groups of deafness without tinnitus,he curative effect was no significant difference in curative effect(P>0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group with aural fullness is better than that without aural fullness(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the control group with and without e aural fullness has no statistical significance(P>0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group with aural fullness is better than control group(P<0.05).Between the two groups without aural fullness,The curaive effect was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Ear-tube moxibustion combined with acupuncture therapy has a significant effect on sudden deafness,and the relief of ear tightness is better than acupuncture alone.The curative effect on severe-total deafness hearing loss accompanied by tinnitus and ear stuffy symptoms w:ith treatment time?7 days is better than that of acupuncture alone,This therapy is worthy of clinical promotion.(2)In terms of influencing factors,the lower the degree of hearing loss,the better the prognosis.There was no significant correlation between the treatment time and curative effect for total type sudden deafness with the course of disease within 2 weeks.Tinnitus has no obvious correlation with curative effect.The correlation between ear tightness and curative effect is uncertain.
