| Objective:To observe the clin ical curative effect of tinnitus with the type of excessive heart-fire flaming up,discusses the scientific nature of“treat tinnitus from the heart".Method:Study,research progress of Western and Chinese Medicine on tinnitus.Choose the Patients between January 2016 and June 2017 and treated department of ENT in Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.Choose the 40 patients with primary tinnitus who met the requirements of clinical research program,They were divided into two groups,20 in each group.The treatment group was treated with Chinese Medicine QingXin CongEr Soup and the control group with western medicine Mecobalamine.All of them.Continuous treatment for 28 days.Before and after treatment,collect the treatment is taken separately with Intinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI),Tinnitus severity score table(ITS)and Linear visual analog scale(VAS).To evaluate the efficacy of the two treatment protocols.Result:For the tinnitus itself,including the loudness and duration of tinnitus,with the QingXin CongEr Soup is not significant.In the experimental group,the experimental group was slightly higher than the control group,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).But the QingXin CongEr Soup by clear heart fire and nourish kidney water of the daochi powder with a large amount of nourishing heart and soothing the mind medication.To improve the tinnitus with what bring discomfort to the patients,such as anxiety,tension,insomnia,all of these has a good effect to teratment.There are two aspects of the severity of tinnitus,including tinnitus itself and tinnitus,which bring discomfort to the patients.The QingXin CongEr Soup on flaring up of heart fire with tinnitus is better than mecobalamin.Conclusion:The "QingXin CongEr Soup"in the treatment on tinnitus from the heart has certain curative effect.It provides a scientific basis for the clinical treatment of tinnitus from the heart. |
