The Clinical Study Of Curative Effect Of Clearing Heat And Transforming Phlegm And Calming The Heart Method In The Treatment Of Tinnitus Of Phlegm-fire Stagnation

ObjectiveWe use the clearing heat and transforming phlegm and calming the heart acupuncture manipulationtherapyphlegm-firestagnation tinnitusin this study.Compare“clearing heat and transforming phlegm and calming the heart”acupuncture manipulation and traditional acupuncture treatment of tinnitus.For the sake of objectively evaluate the differences in the curative effect of these two different methods,provide a reliable basis for clinical selection of the best treatment.MethodsUnder the rigorous randomized controlled clinical trial,60 cases were divided into treatment group and control group by the random number table,the treatment group of(clearing heat and transforming phlegm and calming the heart acupuncture manipulation)30 cases,the control group of(traditional acupuncture)30 cases.Two groups of patients a day acupuncture once a week acupuncture five days,4 weeks for a course of treatment.Use tinnitus severity scale and the THI scale and SF-36 quality of life scale were performed before treatment and the results were observed at the end of the 4~thh week,record results and the database was established.Results1 The total effective rate was 90%in the treatment group and 80%in the control group.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2 Before treatment,the scores of THI in both group were lower(P<0.05).manifesting that both group could relieve tinnitus.after treatment,the two group were compare,indicating that the treatment groups had better advantage in improving tinnitus disability than the control group(P<0.05).3 Before treatment,the scores of Tinnitus severity scores in both group were lower(P<0.05).manifesting that both group could relieve tinnitus,and the two groups were compare after treatment,indicating that the treatment group had better advantage in Tinnitus severity scores than the control group(P<0.05).4 The scores of SF-36 scale in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),manifesting that both groups could relieve tinnitus and improve the quality of life.the two groups were compare after treatment,indicating that the treatment group had better advantage in improve the quality of life than the control group(P<0.05).5 The functional,emotional,catastrophic score of the THI Tinnitus disability scale were compared before and after treatment,indicating that both groups could improve functional,emotional,and self-serious cognitive disorders(P<0.05),and the two groups were compare after treatment,indicating that the treatment group had better advantage in the functional and emotional than the control group(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in the self-serious of tinnitus between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion1 Clearing heat and transforming phlegm and calming the heart acupuncture and traditional acupuncture treatment of tinnitus has curative effect.2 Clearing heat and transforming phlegm and calming the heart acupuncture therapy in improving the degree of tinnitus in potions with disabilities reduce the severity and improve the quality of life are superior to traditional acupuncture therapy.The findings of the study suggest that clearing heat and transforming phlegm and calming the heart acupuncture is an unique advantage in treatment of phlegm-fire stagnation tinnitus and the benefit of clinical promotion.
